Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Pineville

I frequent here often and stick to the same order. I like to do this so I do not get a bad batch of something new that I am trying or write it off as maybe the product was running low. The other day I was eating my burrito bowl with chicken and found something hard in it. I wrote it off as maybe it was a burnt piece of rice or a leaf from ingredients that they put in. It happened again the other day, twice and after the second time I finally checked what it was that was hard and crunchy in my food. It was a decent sized bone, big enough that if I swallowed it I would have choked for sure. I went back to the store to talk to them about it and the manager came up with the most rehearsed spiel I have ever heard. Promising there is no way bone would make it into there food and not even offering to make up for it just basically saying I made it up. It took two minutes for me to google "Chipotle bone in chicken" to find a Chipotle reddit about workers who are experiencing more and more bones in their chicken and the franchise doing nothing about it. Stopped in for something simple to eat while I waited for glasses to be made. All 3 employees at the front had zero communication skills. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla. They piled almost 4 giant handfuls of cheese on top of one small handful of chicken directly in the center, folded it in half and proceeded to use their body weight to attempt to flatten it out. I asked for them to spread the contents of the quesadilla out to the edges a bit, and they looked confused and decided the best course of action was to keep squishing it(instead of asking for clarification). I attempted to clarify anyways and got nowhere. Then they grilled it and used the grill to continue that process. I got my food, opened the quesadilla to spread the contents myself, and found half of the cheese was still unmelted. 🤦🏻‍♂️

We love chipotle, but I have to say this is maybe the worst location I've ever been to. We've eaten here at least a dozen times in the past year as it's the most convenient location for us. The food is generally tasty and well prepared, but this team is incredibly disorganized. There have been multiple occasions where at 11AM they are either still not open or they have multiple items on the line missing because they're not ready. Keep in mind they're supposed to be open and ready by 10:45 AM. If it happens once then maybe you can say they were short handed or something went wrong, but when I've personally seen it now at least 3 times, that tells you something about the on site...
