I had a very disappointing experience at this Cinnabon today due to one of the workers’ rude behavior. When I asked a simple question about the rewards program, the employee brushed me off and said he didn’t know, then impatiently asked “what I wanted” in a very dismissive tone. I noticed he treated the customer after me the same way, telling them “huh” and to “speak up,” which left the customer looking embarrassed and belittled. Strangely, when the next customer (a woman) ordered, he was suddenly polite, kind, and even wished her a nice day.
To make matters worse, even after I had placed my order, I ended up waiting much longer than everyone else. While other customers who ordered after me got their food, I was still standing there waiting. The same worker eventually came back and tried to take my order again, even though I had already ordered, which showed he wasn’t paying attention at all.

I have not had a cinnabon in a while, but had many fond memories. I never leave bad reviews but that was the most disappointing 15 dollars I have ever spent. The bun was so so undercooked that I couldn't even cut through the bun and it seemed like it was made with no butter at all. I remember taking a bite of a cinnabon before and it was soft but still had a flaky toast to the top with icing so sweet I felt queasy afterwords (that's a good thing) . Either some health nut got ahold of the company and completely changed the recipe or some one working there was impatient and mixed it up incorrectly and took them out way way too early. Read moreTwo visits: Sunday 1 star or less... Tuesday 3 stars. Sunday: Attendant stated at 1145 am that they aren't open yet. I pointed out that online it states 11 am start time. She stated that she was late and that they are just now "prepping". She seemed highly agitated and was unapologetic. We all make mistakes, but some people clearly don't care. Note: This appears to have been a problem only on Sunday. Tuesday: all was ok except no forks??! I used knives...better than spoons. lol. I'm guessing poor management maybe. Product: Cinnabon was good...adequate brown sugar, butter...etc mixture IS very important and would have made this great...maybe i would have forgotten all about the poor...
