I do not see why customer service is such a hard thing to do. So I placed my order, the first girl had an attitude but oh well she didn’t say anything rude so I didn’t care. But then when I get to the register I ask a girl about a milkshake. The girl seems not to know anything about how any of the milkshakes taste fine. So I went online looked it up and ordered the milkshake that I wanted. Paid. And then stood there for 10 maybe 15 minutes while she took everyone else’s orders in ring everybody up. Nobody else had a drink so I was the only one waiting for a drink. Then after everyone leaves, she asked me what am I waiting for. I said my drink that I ordered, the milkshake. So then she seems confused, I said what milkshake it was. And then she goes, alongside one of her coworkers to make the milkshake. I guess the girl had to show her how to make it. So once I receive the milkshake I go to the counter that has the straws and the napkins. She and her coworker that helped her make the milkshake proceeded to talk about me assuming I left the store. I didn’t say anything to them, I just watch them. I will never ever go back to this location. And of course she got the order wrong. It will be nice if you taught your employees etiquette and to at least wait a few minutes until the customer leaves the store before you start...
Read moreUpdate: This location needs to either update their hours or actually get employees that will open the store on time. I tried to get donuts on 1/20 and 1/21 for myself and co-workers. On Saturday I and two other cars were there around 6:10am doors were locked and lights were off even though there were people inside. Not one looked up when I knocked. On 1/21 I waited until 6:20am to arrive lights were on doors were locked, not a person in site. I was going to Buy 1 dozen get the 2nd for $1, and was thinking about stopping by either after work on Saturday or Sunday night to take the next morning, as I work at the hospital and do 12 hour shifts, but I didn't want to bring in cold old donuts, for as much as they cost now, I wanted them to be fresh. I am glad I didn't preorder as I was going to because I would have been out of like $25 for 2 dozen donuts that I wouldn't have been able to get. Please change your hours to 6:30/7:00 am or whatever time you are going to open. Shout out to Panera Bread who opened when they said they would and we were able to have bagels!!!!!
Prompt service ordered a carmel latte it tasted like coffee with milk. Didn't taste carmel and the coffee wasn't sweetened at all. But they had a wide variety of donuts. Wish the hot light would go on throughout the day...

And no one shouldn’t put up with anything like that’s an ANIMAL!!! I think they should definitely do something about her she shouldnt be working there with that disgusting behavior.She has disrespected me in so many ways. She has mentally abused me and many of my coworkers there. She is a very aggressive and abusive person.
