First off, after reading the reviews I do NOT agree with the one customer saying there was a mentally handicap waiter helping the tables! That’s just rude and disrespectful and shouldn’t be allowed back in this establishment. Second, I wouldn’t give this place one star, but I had to. I ordered food and the ENTIRE order was wrong. Nothing was correct, but the soup(I think!) the sandwiches were made wrong and my friend ordered nothing on his sandwich and they decided to not read and place everything on it. So, after calling from my job location I asked to speak with the manager. The manager was on the phone the entire time and asked if I knew what thousand island looked like and it’s under the cheese and I need to look, then I told her I can’t leave my business AGAIN for food that can be spit in because of their mistakes. She told me either to come get the food or come another time. She offered me cookies, but I CANT EAT THEM!!!! No corresponding numbers coming out with the orders, kept making wrong food without correcting the system, manager put off addressing our order because she "had to finish the truck". Was offered a refund by Taylor but the manager, even though she agreed, would not come to the front to process it. Even after initially addressing the missing order, they made the wrong thing 2 more times while waiting on the refund to be processed (which still hasn't happened). We had somewhere to be so we eventually did leave with to-go boxes of who knows what and are hoping the refund gets processed as promised.
Of everyone we interacted with from placing the order to the manager, only Taylor seemed to actually have any degree of competence.

Read moreWent for lunch on a Saturday. First thing you see is covid guidelines (mask required). When going inside, hardly any of the guests wore a mask and none of the staff enforced this. I noticed in the kitchen at least one worker wearing her mask incorrectly (not covering the nose). It would be nice if all worked followed protocol for wearing masks, since it's a law in Mecklenburg County right now.
The sweet tea was delicious and refreshing. You must ask to get a lemon in it.
I ordered the chef salad and substituted the mixed greens for spinach. I chose thousand island for my dressing. The salad looked great; however, it was a miss for flavor.
