Finally, a Mochinut shop in the greater Charlotte area (Pineville to be exact). Been waiting for a mochi donut shop to open near my house. I live 20-30 mins away from Pineville area and the only time we get mochi donut is when we’re traveling to Florida, Georgia, Virginia or California. We came on a Sunday (after church service) which was a rookie move as they kept running out of donuts. You order through one of the two kiosk stand and they only accept card payments. We patiently waited for about 30 mins until the next flavor batch came out and had our dozen box filled. Ube flavor was going to be another 30 mins to an hour wait so what we got is what we got. Not a fan of the churro flavor as in my opinion they will always have those available. We ended up with matcha glazed w/ strawberry Pocky stick, strawberry glazed, and cookies n crème glazed flavor. They were selling out faster than they could supply. The person at the front was very friendly and understanding. The drink orders come out pretty fast. They also sell Korean corn dog which we didn’t get as we mainly came for the donuts. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, just try to avoid the weekends if...
Read moreWhen I picked up the donut, its firm texture made me skeptical—I expected it to be dry and unpleasant. The moment I took a bite, my doubts disappeared. The crisp, golden-brown exterior gave way to a soft, pillowy inside, reminiscent of a freshly made churro. The icing on top, adorned with colorful sprinkles, added a delightful sweetness that perfectly complemented the texture. They also had a variety of flavors, from rich cookies and cream to earthy matcha and vibrant raspberry. Even better, the donut held up overnight, still tasting just as delicious the next day. #GratuityAdded

Read moreI ordered a dozen donuts this past Saturday, and the girl at the front would only allow me to choose between three flavors that were out on display. I asked if there were any ube (my husband really wanted ube), and she stated there were some in the back. She came back and told me I could only get the flavors that were at the front display because they wanted to sell those first. I get that they wanted to sell certain ones first but I just wanted three ube, and there was a long line behind me so I don't think there would be an issue selling any donuts they would have left. The whole situation was ridiculous, especially when a dozen cost 34 dollars. You've lost a...
