I gave this three stars because of a few things I was very excited to go when they open because I heard the hype. I waited until the crowd died down because I wasnāt willing and Iām not willing to stand in line hours, for anything or anybody but once I went, it was a little confusing the way they have the sizes, but once I got a hang of how they have their racks sized I was OK. You do have to be careful with what you buy even if it doesnāt have a damaged tag on it. It can still be damaged which happened to me, but I must say after I got home and I noticed the damage I went back to the store And they didnāt give a refund but they did let me exchange it out for something of the same value, so that was a win what I donāt like about the store is the fact that they donāt have dressing rooms and I really donāt like seeing people stripped down to their thongs trying on clothes which Iāve seen a little bit of everything there. They have more than enough space that they could add dressing rooms to the store now with that being said, Iām not one of these people that will try on clothes in front of people I like privacy and I have come to realize that all sizes are not created equal. I have purchased anywhere from LG to a 2X that fit perfect it just depended on the brand or the designer, I am not a seamstress, but I can do a little something with the sewing machine, so I have gotten some really good deals that were damaged. That was an easy fix it didnāt take five minutes so for me thatās the highlight of going there.finding slightly damaged items for the cheap and very easy to fix I use to go twice a week on Monday and Friday, but I go once a month now Because I have purchased quite a bit of things from there that once I got home, I could not wear and of course could not take back, but Iām gonna say thatās on me, but it is on them too because they need dressing rooms but anyway I read some reviews that were talking about the organization of the store I think for the most part the store is organized, especially by size. Once you realize how they size and color the colors are coordinated, but every now and then I saw something and got excited cause I like to print or whatever and picked it up and it was the wrong size. I think that comes from the The customers deciding they donāt want something, but not willing to take it back to the proper rack and they just put it wherever as far as the staff everyone has been extremely friendly at the registers now the people that are putting out the clothes thatās a different story not all but some seem to have attitudes when putting out clothes, I donāt know if itās out of frustration because I have seen the customers go straight to the racks before they could even put the things out and Iāve seen them just leave the rack sitting there and walk off but overall I will continue to shop there just not as much as I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of my friends and I were so excited to go to reclectic. Weāve seen it all over tiktok and after much planning and discussion we decided we would drive the 4 1/2 hours. The first problem came when online it was listed that it opened at 12 when the doors opened at 11. When we went in it was heavily picked over. We waited around for them to put out new items but it was nothing we thought to be a good deal or something we would wear. Having driven the 4 1/2 hours i decided i wasnāt leaving with nothing. I ended up searching the store up and down and found a few good pieces i could justify the price for. One piece in particular was an anthropology dress that was resold online for $220. Reclectic had it priced at $40 which i thought was good for the quality and brand. I went to the counter had great interactions with most of the employees at the counter. I get to my car and look at my receipt. I noticed I had been double charged for the dress. My friends takes my whole bag back in and i had to run back to the car to grab my bag because i needed my debit card. When i got back in the store my friend look very irritated. The employee doesnāt believe i was double charged when it was clear on the receipt. She calls another girl over to look. They end up refunding me whilst i am putting my card in for the refund i hear the second girl that walked up say āmake sure you get her name and print her a receipt showing her refund so she canāt come back and claim the same thing again.ā I had absolutely no intention of driving 4 1/2 hours back for $40 it would cost me at least $80 in gas to get there. It was a great experience until the employee had to act as if i was trying to scam them in some way. I understand that they had to give me a receipt so that i wouldnāt try to claim i was double charged again. but to stand there knowing i can hear her and she acting as if i was actually going to go back and do that? It was rude, necessary, and overall disrespectful. Iām not upset about the double charged or the refund receipt. Iām upset about the blatant disrespect and unkindness that was shown. I was so disheartened about the situation after i was so happy to make the time and spend the money to get to the store....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs a regular thrifter, a new thrift style store is great for me. I saw the hype on tiktok of this store during its grand opening and get it now. The store itself is clean and fairly organized as an ocd girly. They have plenty of options of different styles and articles of clothing. While I wish it was better color and sized organized, im asking for a perfect world. Every employee I encounted was fantastic. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 focuses on the lack of fitting rooms and pricing. When searching for a dress I saw on a manikin, I found a couple not in my size but all of them had different prices. Such as one was $40, another $30 and another $10. When I asked about this to an employee they did explain but I cant remember the exact response. I asked about price matching though and they were unable to do so. Understandable for sure. Unfortunately, my struggle is one of the dresses (all 3 were the exact same but they had different prices & different amounts of damage) the one with the most damage was $40 and another with the least was $10. Regardless as a thrifter this is upsetting. I'm always looking for a good bargain, especially for items that retail for 2-5x the current price. I hope their prices for amounts of damage gets better in the future and the idea of fitting rooms is added in the future. Another downfall for me is there being no returns. Even Goodwill accepts returns.
In summary, if you're a causal thrifter or a girl looking for a bargin on usually over $100 items from stores that are known to be expensive, give this place a shot. They have a bunch of items to choose from but it can become packed quickly and be aware of the different levels of pricing due to damage and lack of fitting rooms. Overall, a great store to shop at with some improvements need for it to be a fantastic and regular store for...
