My first trip to Alley 51 Food Court and choosing Saigon Cafe was a win! I wanted something different from the usual Pho, and chose the Spicy Beef and Pork Noodle Soup. It is not very spicy at all, but the flavor is excellent, exactly what I wanted. It comes with chili oil on the side and a baggie of pho toppings: bamboo shoots, herbs, and lime. It comes with a variety of pork and beef meats, some of which may not be appetizing to all customers. I wasn't in the mood for a lot of meat, and they were more than happy to omit the ones I didn't want. The brisket was tasty and not fatty. There were a lot of noodles, more than I needed. Next time I'll ask them to include less if possible. The price was perfectly reasonable for such a quality soup. I also had the shrimp summer rolls and they were delicious, along with the sauce. Seating was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Plenty of parking when I was there for lunch on a weekday....
