Not a fan.. I’ll just list the issues in order. Placed a delivery order online. Got called by Charlene at the branch and she told me they had no delivery driver to deliver it. (Sounds personal, but okay. Why is it on the website that you do?) I asked her what can be done and she asked me to come pick it up. I agreed, but only if I got my delivery charge and driver tip back. She said they couldn’t and could only refund everything and re-charge me at the store. (I explained to her that this will only put my account into negatives and I won’t have enough money for the total amount to be re-charged; anyone who’s ever been super strapped for cash would understand this.) Not once did she offer me a free dessert or offer to give me cash just to “please the customer and get them out the door happy”. (Any person with bear minimum manager experience would know to do this.) I get to the store to meet two texting little girls, and they proceeded to give attitude and even mess up our order. I never got receipts for my refund or the re-charge because they were “out of receipt paper”. I have yet to see anything post on my card statement. Never again, and I hope someone reads this and I save them...
Read moreThe food was horrible, I drove there looking to get some Domino's because of the name brand rather than finding some mom pop pizzeria.I ordered a extra large pizza for 4 of us thinking it was going to be a decent size (disclaimer it was underwhelming), the pizza came and it looked homeless; the cheese was falling off not put together at all, it was thin and wasn't filling at all, tasted horrible, crust was thin even though we never asked for a thin crust, the pizza wasn't even cut properly taking a slice of the pizza was a whole job in itself, overall it was dry and just a horrible experience. Would never recommend this Domino's to anyone in their lifetime unless some improvements are made.I have never had an experience such as this at any other one of their chains. (As well as further review of the receipt itself the Domino's took the time to take a tip at a pickup not even a dine in for themselves for no reason when giving no feasible dining service,I believe that tips is To Insure Prompt Service.)
I am going to call the store manager hopefully they pickup as I have seen in other reviews that it isn't very common.

Read moreWish I can rate as '0' stars, but I guess 1 will have to suffice. Ordered a personal Gluten Free Extra Cheese half peperoni and a regular personal half sausage half plain. Driver showed up, none were gluten free. Called the store, was told that a new one will be made and will send it right out as soon as the driver gets back. 50min go by, no driver, no pizza. Called the store again, was on hold for over 5min and explained everything again. Was then told 'Oh, sorry, we don't have the gluten free crust'. Really?
#1, why did you let me order it initially, and #2, why did you tell me when I called to complain initially that you'll send one right out but never told me you were out, nor did you call me back. I have no confidence in this location for getting my order right or being truthful on what you're doing to make things right. If I never called back the 2nd time, no one would have showed, and I wouldn't have received a refund.
Will not recommend this location to anyone. It will be a long time before I try...
