It was unbelievable how inattentive and rude the staff was. I work in fast food myself and I would NEVER treat customers the way the staff here treated me. When I first ordered food at the kiosk and had to pay at the front register, no employee was around or visible for several minutes. When they did let me pay, the woman seemed miserable and was short with me for no reason. Then after receiving my food, I went back up to ask for some sauces. I listened 4 sauces I wanted, and the worker told me that would be 25 cents. No problem, I came back with 25 cents. When I handed this to the woman she began to scold me like I was an idiot saying "No, I said 25 cents!". I was confused, and pointed out that I gave her exactly 25 cents. She said, no, they were 25 cents each. That is fine, but why did she tell me the wrong price and then get mad at ME? When I asked her why I had to pay so much for sauce after I just ordered $30 worth of food, she said she put a singular ranch in my bag and if I wanted more I had to pay for it. Again that is a little ridiculous but fine, I understand it's company policy. What I don't understand was the rudeness and inattentiveness, also the anger at me over what was HER miscommunication. Later when my friends and I wanted to order some ice cream, it took 10 minutes for someone to even take our order. Read moreI never thought I’d have to write a review about McDonald’s, but my experience at this location was unacceptable. I placed a mobile order for breakfast with plenty of time to spare before lunch service. By the time I got to the drive-thru, about 8 cars were ahead of me, and when I finally reached the window, the employee had me wait five minutes after giving him my code. He then came back to tell me it was now lunch and that my breakfast order would not be made even though I had already paid. When I pointed this out, he dismissively told me it didn’t matter and rudely said, “Go knock yourself out” when I said I like to speak to a manager.
Inside, the floor manager tried to talk down to me, claiming the app had canceled my order and that I would need to pay again. I had no cancellation email only a confirmation that my order was ready. She then struggled to cancel it at the register and began making unprofessional comments in Spanish, stopping only when I responded in Spanish myself. Eventually, the store manager stepped in and confirmed what I had been saying all along: my order was paid for and needed to be made.
This experience makes me feel like this location may be intentionally trying to double-charge customers. Combined with the rude attitude and lack of professionalism, I cannot recommend this McDonald’s. Read moreAfter this experience, I'm never going back to this location again. I don't know if it's me, but it seems like everytime I come to this location, something ALWAYS goes wrong. This time, after placing a mobile order, some items apparently weren't available in the store. The person on the other end said she take it off and it showed a total and as I was driving to the pick up window, I realized it wasn't the right total. The total they charged me was higher than what was on the mobile app. How can it be higher when they took off items from the order??? After showing the man at window my phone (the original order) he got the "manager" to speak with. After explaining it to her, she insisted that she, or their computer, was right. We went back and forth, went through each item, but still, something was off. What bothered me most was the fact that she didn't even try to offer a solution to the problem. I wasn't asking for an apology, just proper customer service but it just wasn't there. I wasn't about to argue or prolong the situation over $3 so I just simply asked for my food. And to top it off, when I got home, the order was wrong; there were extra ingredients that had to be paid extra that weren't there. This location is just consistently giving THE WORST...
