I placed an order for a large pizza with the works around 2:15 pm last Sunday afternoon last week and was told to wait 25 min before it would be ready fir pick up. No worries, I wait 30 min and upon arrival there is not one customer in the restaurant and I see a man with an apron eating at a table in the customer area. I tell the counter person what i had ordered and proceeded to pay for the pizza. After I receive the change I notice the man that was seated at the table rushes over to the pizza table and starts kneading out a piece of dough.
Thinking that somehow I made a mistake by calling rhe wrong pizzeria I say to the guy at the counter that I had called in my order. Now mind you the restaurant has a POS system that the employee uses to place a order in the system. So the answer I receive from the employee is that they forgot tp make the pizza and it would only take 7 minutes for the pizza to be ready. It really made me think that:
1.) With no customers at all in the place how did you forget my pizza. 2.) Again with no customers why am i told to expect to pick up my order in 25 min but in reality they could have it done in just 7.
That being said I went home and the Pizza was exceptionally good. So i overlooked the inconvenience of that situation and decided today to give this place another try.
My father asks me how are the buffalo wings at Panatieris as he would like to try them as well as the pizza today for lunch. So at 3:20 pm today I call and place an order for pizza and mild wings. I also order extra blue cheese on the side for the wings The person taking my order repeated my order back to me word for word.
If you couldn't guess how long it would take to make the pizza and mild wings it was 25 mins again. Its Friday and maybe there busy, who knows, but I wait 30 min and go pick up my pizza. To my surprise the place is a ghost town.
Panatieris is virtually empty with no customers seated and only one person getting slices for his kids. I tell the women that I ordered wings and a pizza and pay for the order. She then asks "you don't want any sauce for the wings?" I reply that I had asked for extra blue cheese. Which she promptly takes 2 blue cheese cups and places them along side my pizza in the box.
When I get home I open the wings and find that I received 10 greasy wings with no mild sauce. Just plan wings.......... I call Panatieris to complain because this is 2 times in a row in less than a week that there are issues with my order.
1.) If the person taking the order repeats my order to me and enters it into there POS system when I pick up my food the blue cheese should have already been in the bag ready to go 2.) If the blue cheese was in the box with my order as it should have been when I picked up my food and the counter person asked me " do you want sauce for your wings" then I would have thought maybe there was an issue with the wings or they didn't know what sauce i wanted. 3.) Maybe I could have caught the mistake when paying for the order but when paying cash Panatieris just throws out the receipt. Why give it to the customer?? 4.) When I call in to complain, whoever it is that answered the phone informs me that they do not make mild wings. News to me . Nothing was said when I placed the order. 5.) Why would someone order extra blue cheese for plain oily wings. Blue cheese served with wings is usually used to counteract the heat from the hot sauce on the wings. 6.) When I question why I received the plain wings instead of what I wanted I was told that this is what I ordered. 7.) They did offer to make me another order of wings but after trying this place 2 times in the same week really what's the point. Instead of taking responsibly for there mistake I am told its actually my fault because this is what I ordered. I guess my first order last weekend that they forgot to make was my fault as well.
Well you live and you learn. Blame the customer is better than admitting...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWill not recommend going me and my husband usually come to this place and we decided that we want a dessert nowhere where is it? Advertise to be an ice cream tiramisu and Iāve never heard of that. My husband bites into the cake turns it around and says itās frozen and heās like doing a face because of teeth sensitivity we tell the lady kindly itās frozen she lies and says that itās an ice cream cake and every cake is frozen. Makes no sense. Right after I go to pay, she did not remove the cake. The cake was on the table. I have a picture of it. And she forced us to pay for it. Even though we did not eat it. And I have proof of it. Legally, she cannot do that when you do not receive food that you ordered that specifically on our menu and does not have anywhere that is an ice cream cake. They need to take it back if it is not advertised as properly. I will not be re-entering and I will also tell everyone I know not to enter this place because she was very condescending and rude also contradicted herself at the end because after she tried to tell me, it was an ice cream cake later on when I went to pay she told me I could just take it home and Iāll fall out. I thought it was an ice cream cake? Pizza is ok honestly could get way better with less attitude elsewhere Based on the other reviews, she was also rude to everybody else who tried to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI almost never write reviews for places I go to but this time I feel I have to. I found this place on Doordash and I found a dish that I liked. So I call in to make a simple order with one entree. A couple minutes later, I get a call back from them saying that they substitute one of the main ingredients. This was the first things that pissed me off. Next, I go to the place to get my food. They charge me almost ten dollars more than what it said on Doordash! Instead of paying $14, I ended up paying $23!! She didn't say the price on the phone. If she did, I would not have made the order. To make matters worse, they made it with a ton of sauce and they put it in an aluminum container in a brown bag. The sauce leaked out of the bag into my car. By the time I got home, the sauce was spilling onto the floor. I called her about the price and the woman was rude and impatient while I kept calm the whole time. In the end, after all that, the food wasn't even that good... I eat takeout every day and have been for years and I can say confidently, it is by far the worst experience I've ever ever had!!!
Edit: they gave me two tiny loaves of white bread that appear to be burnt. Just gets worse and worse...
Edit#2: The bread was so awful I actually spit it out. Never remember spitting out bread before in...
