While the food is always a consistent 11/10, sometimes you don’t know if the food or the service/company is better. Whether you’re rocking out and dancing with the guys on Jane St, or hitting up trivia at New Amsterdam on a Wednesday, it’s five stars every single time, either place.
When you have the chance to see any of your Cold Friends, and if you haven’t read about their brilliant story on social media, just ask them. They all are amazing, special, inspiring, EXCEPTION human beings.
As for the food, you’re always going to get nothing but the best out of these guys. The pork belly bites after perfectly prepared, and you’ll think about them for days after. If you’re a pickle lover, the pickle grilled cheese will absolutely hit the spot, and the blackened gold Mac is like a warm (albeit spicy, with its ghost pepper cheese) comforting hug.

The sorcery cast upon a bed of kimchi reignites the hope that perhaps we are still capable of original thought, because how in the world did you DO that Gabe? The curry poutine single-handedly cured my hunger both physical and mental; i think of her often. Unfortunately, the second location they’re opening will be significantly closer to my house which is going to become very toxic for me very quickly.
If you weren’t sold already, they...
