I came in first thing in the morning on Jan 23, 2023. I ordered an a la carte type breakfast (just eggs, avocado and deconstructed oatmeal). The two young women preparing the food this morning had EXTREMELY bad attitudes. One customer asked about turning on the soda machine. She went up to the pickup counter to find someone, and when she didnât see anyone she raised her voice high to alert them that the machine wasnât on yet. From the angle I was standing I could see the young women back there and choosing to ignore/delay addressing her. After she walked away I heard them complaining to each other and how they HEARD her. Lastly, my order was prepared for in dining but I asked for to-go. This wasnât a big deal, but when I mentioned it to the young woman wearing her hair back in a ponytail you could FEEL her annoyance when she took the plate back to repack my food. When finished she just sat my bag up on the counter without saying a word or making eye contact, as though she couldnât be bothered anymore. I mentioned I was missing silverware and the other young lady wearing a hood over her head (nickname was âTayâ I believe) just handed the silverware, also with that same, subtle attitude with no âthank youâ no âhave a nice dayâ nothing. When you work in customer service you represent that company and their brand. Leave the attitudes at home. You donât have to fake kindness, but at least be respectful no matter what as you are providing a service, and if you donât like it work SOMEWHERE ELSE that doesnât entail CS. Iâm sure Panera doesnât appreciate their employees tarnishing their reputation because THEY woke up on the wrong...
Read moreTRUE STORY: One day my leg was throbbing and I was in dire need of some medicine. The nearest Walmart was closed and I was unable to get myself some Benadryl. I found myself desperately stumbling around town, eventually leading me into the Panara on Boulevard of the Allies. By the grace of God, my experience there was not only delicious, but healing. The manager, Chris, was beyond friendly and the bowl of soup he sold me was scrumptious on a supernatural level. On top of all the top-tier customer service and exceptional soupy goodness I received while there, the manager, Chris, spoke words of healing over my throbbing leg and I walked out that night better than ever. Now, thanks to Chris and Boulevard of the Allies Panara, I am able to run a mile in under 5 minutes. This is miraculous in comparison to the 11 minute miles I would run before my encounter with Boulevard of the Allies Panara. Panara is not only good, but itâs simply blessed. Please go. Heal your taste buds. Allow Chris to heal that throbbing leg. Itâs worth it....
Read moreFor the last 3 days I've visited here around 9 a.m. the dark roast Columbian coffee was completely empty or there was no creamer in the carafes. Today I asked for a chocolate chip cookie & 1 oatmeal raisin cookie. The register girl served me one (1) chocolate chip cookie but no oatmeal one. When I asked she was confused. I thought to myself that how plain & simple was my order? There were 3 girls standing in the back having a personal conversation & all laughing instead of checking out the coffee area which was empty of several items. This place is unreal & I plan not to come back & put out to my friends that these employees are incompetant to do their jobs. The manager was sitting down & playing on his cell phone! The bathrooms were clean but no toilet paper in the men's or ladies rooms, this was twice this week... 12-05-2021. I must find a new place to eat & use their...
