So unorganized and rude. Every time I order food, I order a drink and they always forget the drink. Then waits 45 minutes for them to bring me a drink, why can't I ever have my food & drink at the same time when I pay for it at the same time? Then I ask for a refund, I had to call back because he hung up on me. Yes I was mad about this and this is the only time I have asked for a refund, I got tired of paying dam near $3.00 for a drink I either never receive or receive 45 minutes after my food arrives. The one time I ask for my refund, they have the nerve to act rude and completely unprofessional. I didn't even want to give them 1star, but it doesn't let you post unless you give a star. THEY DON'T DESERVE THE ONE STAR I WAS FORCED TO PICK IN ORDER TO POST THIS
*Reply to your response: the issue is you guys forget my drink every time I order and I am a frequent customer, I have never complained before, and the one time I do, the customer service was so poor. I would say 9 out of 10 times I have never got my drink I paid for with you, but today was the day I am tired of it....all you guys had to do was apologize, oh yeah and after you said someone was on the way, I didn't call back until 40 minutes later to check the status of it, meanwhile my salad was just sitting, and what made me call to complain today was the fact your driver acted like he wasn't supposed to have my pop even though it was on the receipt and got rude, so thank him...but it's okay and we will never have this...
Read moreI've been having food delivered from this Pizza Care for years and loved their meals. The day before Thanksgiving placed a large order which included a thin crust medium blonde rita (for me to eat that night)...1 order of chicken tenders, 1 chicken Caesar salad along with 1 regular Caesar salad, a whole sliced mozzarella and 3 tiramisus meant for Thanksgiving day. Although neither of the Caesar salads should ever have green peppers in them...they both did and there were also soggy french fries in the chicken Caesar salad. They also forget to send the 2 garlic breads that should have been included in my order. Thank goodness I discovered what I'd actually received later in the day...called and had the corrected salads resent and I sent back the two wrongly prepared salads. If I hadn't realized the their mistakes wouldn't have had what we actually wanted for Thanksgiving day because they'd have been closed. This was a an expensive order that should have been prepared correctly the first time. I heard that this PC has a new owner and apparently also has a new kitchen staff that doesn't know the menu. What a disappointment! The next day, opened the chicken Caesar salad to find that every piece of chicken was all dried out, hard and inedible. I'm sure if the owner ever tried eating his own food things...
Read morePizza Care is by far my favorite pizza in Pittsburgh. I have traveled there late at night, it’s a 30 mins drive from where I reside that’s how much I love their pizza. Now here comes my issue. Online it states that they are open, I have literally drove out my way twice for them to be closed. Saturday night I placed an order online, my card was charged $30+ for me to drive there and they be closed. I called multiple times only to not have my call answered. I think it’s crazy if they’re closed that you can still purchase food and that the hours aren’t marked temporarily closed. Other could also be driving out their way because online it says open. I would like to get reimbursed and compensated for my troubles. It could have very well been my last couple of dollars. Now that I’m writing this and thinking I drove out my way three times. The third time they was open but not making pizza due to a renovation. I was told on a Monday that they would be fully functional on that Wednesday.
