Nicely maintained small park right next to the BNY Mellon Center. It is open to public but is owned by the BNY Mellon. There are two parts to it, one side is closer to the BNY Mellon and is simply an open grass area with trees along the border and some tables. The other side has a fountain in the middle with paths leading to it and gardens around. Grown shade trees surround this part too. Both sides are nicely maintained.
