Ordered to our hotel as soon as we got in town. Kiddo was starving. Pizza delivery time said 45 mins. Followed up at an hour just to confirm order went through. Was told driver just left and will be there in 15 minutes. At an hour and a half called again. Was told driver got lost theyâll send new driver. Will be there in 15 minutes. At an hour and 45 minutes I called to tell them it was too late and I no longer wanted the food. My kid was starving and weâll just buy him some Mac and cheese from the hotel market. Put me on hold for a while and came back to tell me the driver had arrived so they couldnât give me a refund. Ran down to the lobby of hotel. No driver. Driver calls. Says heâll be there in two minutes⌠10 minutes later I call and say I want a refund. We need to go to bed. They put me on hold for a while and came back and say driver is in lobby. I say I donât wonât food. I want a refund. Itâs now been 2.25 hours. He says sorry but heâs busy. The original driver is new to the area and couldnât find the location.    Read moreI usually order door dash. And had abetter experiences through the app. I ordered around 11.30 at night on the 9th of September. And asked for breaded wings welldone. And a side of fries easily cooked. Soft on the fries. If they could mostly flats. Understandable if not possible on the flats. My food was all wrong. Details matter to me. My wings were not well done. And my fries were over cooked. Almost felt like the restaurant has dyslexia. Couldn't enjoy my meal. So I call the restaurant all day to talk to the owner cause I want a refund back to my card. And the lady refused to give her name answering the phone but she has an sounds foreign and says the manager isn't there they come random times. I been calling almost every 2 hours. It was baked well in oven over butter and onions in garlic sauce. Garlic bread was good even dipping it in the dish. Salad was just basic. So I asked if they had grape fanta and guy said yes and I asked for extra french dressing. Delivery guy showed up with root beer and ranch dressing.
