Pittsburgh ☕️ Got my friend hooked on coffee tasting! 🥳

This is a fairly new coffee shop in the area, and I wanted to try some of their coffee. This is definitely a little bit out of the way and not in a very commercial sort of area. The set up itself is quite small, but cozy. There is a central coffee area/bar surrounded by a bunch of small tables and chair. I visited on a weekday morning, and it was quite empty. Finding a place to sit was not an issue. I started with the latte, which honestly was a little less in quantity, than I would have expected. it was again served in stone/metal kind of mug, which was super interesting. I could tell that the coffee was very high-quality, but I guess I should have had it black because with the addition of milk, the latte itself wasn’t quite impressive if I’m being honest. After a while, I had the cappuccino, which again was a little bit smaller in size and I was expecting, but this was wonderful tasting. it was again solved in an unusual cup than I am used to for cappuccinos, but I’m not complaining. Again, the coffee was high-quality, and I could tell. Honestly, you should just have an espresso or black coffee here to taste the coffee instead of having it with milk, but I am not usually black coffee drinker. That’s why I had a latte and a cappuccino. I don’t think they have any food, but I can’t be sure because I wasn’t really hungry and didn’t look for any food. I am excited to see how they grow over time and what new kind of beverages or food they offer. Also, the prices I would say were a little love of average, but I guess when you are dealing with specialty coffee, you would be expected to pay a premium than an ordinary variety of coffee.

Ghost Coffee Collab is a coffee gem in Pittsburgh's uptown! They've been roasting beans and wholesaling for a while, but their newly opened shop has truly brought their coffee experience to life. The attention to detail here is unmatched. Every drink is perfection, made with the highest skill and quality ingredients. They even use high-quality milk from a glass bottle -- a small touch that makes a difference in the taste of the drink and demonstrates how much they care about their craft. Their dedication to crafting the perfect cup is evident in every sip, from the rich, smooth espresso to the beautifully steamed milk. The vibe of the shop is welcoming, minimalist, and just what you'd want for a quick stop or a quiet moment to get some work done or just to relax with a great brew. The service is friendly and they really seem to care about their customers. If you care about your coffee, Ghost Coffee Collab is a must-visit in Pittsburgh!

I've been a big fan of Ghost's beans and have bought them several times at the Trace Brewing location in Bloomfield, so I was thrilled when they opened up a space in Uptown. I have visited their new location several times now and have had a great experience each time. The espresso drinks have been well crafted and unique, and the batch brews taste fresh every time. I had the pleasure of meeting Riley (who I believe may be the founder/owner) and have nothing but great things to say! It's clear that they care about the product they are putting out and it truly shows in their customer service and the quality of their drinks and beans. Definitely one of my top favorite coffee shops and roasters...
