Terrible Church!! I would (and do) advise people to stay away.

When I got there at first & saw how many Young Adults were there I was excited to get involved. I'm really disheartened by how Unbiblical the preaching was

When I went they taught that The Gospel is a message that everyone will love & that everyone will like you because everyone liked Jesus. That is a Lie (2Tim 3:12, John 15:8, 1 John 3:13 & more)

Then they talked about accepting Christ with no mention of repentance or turning away from Sin. Also Unbiblical ( Mat4:17, Luke 24:47, Luke 5:32 & More) I've never written ill of a Church before, this was absolutely awful.

What Amplify preaches is a dilution (if not polution) of The Gospel. I have also had this confirmed by friends who have spent long periods of time there. What they teach is feel good nonsense that they threw Jesus' name on while being in direct contradiction with the Word of God. You should really find a church that preaches the true Gospel, and there is an abundance of outstanding churches in Pittsburgh. Ampliy however is is not...

I've been going to Amplify for a few months now. Amplify is non-denominational and their is nothing wrong with that, their main purpose is to lead you into a growing relationship with Jesus. Worship is compatible to a concert but if you can't get excited for Jesus who can you get excited for? Jason the pastor is phenomenal in how he delivers the message, he does not preach as if he's above you but instead preaches on our level. He will give you the scripture and unlike most churches he actually makes it understandable by relating it to his personal experiences and how we a christians should overcome life obstacles. They simply take His word for what it is a previous review said they don't touch on difficult subjects but they have from what I've seen covering pre-marital sex, divorce, etc. Personally this is what I look forward to every week not only the sermon but to feel God's presence while singing about His love and grace. They are truly doing His work on this earth and I recommend this to almost anybody no matter what you're...
