Urban Crust — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I had a great experience at Urban Crust! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean and bright everything felt. The natural light from the big windows made the whole space feel open and welcoming.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure we had a good time.

The food was fresh and delicious—simple, but done really well. In addition to pizza, restaurant’s menu features Uzbek cuisine, like Osh (plov), Norin (cured cooked meat and hand-cut noodle dish), Manti (steamed dumplings), Honum, Lagman (hand-pulled noodle dish), etc

I had Kòza Shòrva (clay pot bone in lamb soup) with fried eggplant appetizer, fresh baked bread and everything tasted homemade. My daughter ordered the Lagman bowl and loved it too. We also loved Napoleon dessert with cup of hot lemon tea.
