Pizza Parma — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I have been ordering from Pizza Parma for over the past 6 years. My first couple of years experience was very good. But after getting to know the staff because I order from there kind of frequent the night time manage or at least that is the title he gave me started to get beside himself. They have caller ID . I called so often he became familiar with my number. I guess he took the fact that I order so much that were cool in some time of way and thought that he could get away with being rude. When I would call he would sound real irritated if I was not ordering fast enough he would be rude and arrogant! At one point he told me that because I order off them so much I should know what I wanted. Even though when I picked the order up he passed it off as he was " just joking" I am sorry I do not know what planet he is from but I never joke when it comes to me spending my money and have someone being rude at the same time.He then notice I came in the store with an attitude because of how I was spoken to on the phone and commented that I seem like I had an attitude! That is when I then told him I did not like the way I was spoken to on the phone and that lately when I called to order he seemed abrupt and rude he then got irritated which the nerve of him pissed me off more I told him that would be the last time I order he then called me some derogatory terms and said I never had to bring my ghetto ass back in that store again will never by anything from any pizza parma ever again if that is how they feel when and reacts if someone complains of bad service instead...

Been ordering here for years. The food is really good the quality of the food is excellent the service is excellent that atmosphere is great as well . Things are different this year for a lot of people and for the first time I'm realizing that I didn't even know where I was going to have dinner tonight for Easter and Pizza Parma gave out pizza large pizza per person well definitely get back to the community so make sure you guys are tipping not many companies give back with this company is giving back to the community to the people in need especially on a holiday so make sure you tip in your around and giving them best reviews because one day you may need a place for dinner for a holiday and he may just be the one to feed your belly and your family. I do not hesitate to eat pizza Parma matter of fact what are you waiting on get down there and get you a pizza they even deliver. So if you come into the Pittsburgh area make sure you stop and visit Pizza Parma. So thank you Pizza Parma owners for your thoughtful and considerate service to our community s in need .
