Penhollows — Local services in Pittsburgh

I absolutely love Penhollows - The owner has the most amazing taste in quality home furnishings and bits and bobs. I've purchased two chairs from Penhollows and have been exceedingly happy with them - one was an older, antique loveseat, and the other was a newer Lee Industries couch/loveseat, both were, relatively inexpensive considering their high quality (the couch was on sale for 40% off during their summer furniture sale!). They also delivered the chairs to my house for free, although I do live near the shop. Overall, a fantastic, fun place to browse around and find something for your home. My only complaint would be that some of the items are a bit pricier than I would like, but many of the stuff in the store is reasonably priced (relative to their high quality) and you could definitely tell the owner put a lot of thought into each and every item on sale...

Such a friendly welcoming store of beautiful and unusual knick knacks for your home. I wandered in just to browse and found the perfect gift of a very unique, double-blooming lavender topiary for my sweet, sister-in-law who loves her garden. She is someone who is so hard to shop for, because she doesn’t want a thing. The owner Charles carefully wrapped my plant and did such an elegant presentation that my little gift received many oohs and ahhhs. It was perfect! Well worth the pop in. We've been coming to Pittsburgh for over 20 years and a usual trip includes a visit to Penhollows shop. The carry a very interesting selection of products and gifts for the discerning. Everything is carefully selected and manages to work very well for most buyers. My wife and I have enjoyed shopping here and can't wait to see what new things are included.
