My wife and I have ordered pizza, calzones, subs, and wings here dozens of times.
Early on, we found that Mancinos pizza seems way to heavy on the cheese and also seems to less crispy (and sometimes even underbaked) compared to what we prefer. As such, when we order pizza from Mancinos, we consistently order our pizza with light cheese and well done (extra crispy)... but despite communicating what we want and paying for what we want, the Mancinos production line seems to ignore our order and consistently make pizza that is smothered in cheese and underbaked.
Mancinos also charges an additional fee for each additional topping, which is normal, but we have noticed that Mancino's actually decreases how much you get of each topping they place on the pizza as the number of toppings increases without decreasing the fee for each topping. For example, let's say you are ordering 3 pizzas of equal size (pizza A, B, and C). On pizza A, you pay $2 for pepperoni and Mancinos places 30 pepperoni slices on pizza A. On pizza B, you pay $2 for sausage and Mancinos places 30 pieces of sausage on pizza B. And on pizza C, you pay $2 for pepperoni and $2 for sausage, and so you expect that Mancinos will place 30 slices of pepperoni and 30 pieces of sausage on pizza C; however, this is NOT what happens.... Mancinos will instead only place 20 slices of pepperoni and 20 pieces of sausage on pizza C even though you paid full price for two separate toppings. It gets even worse as you add more and more toppings. If you add a fourth pizza, pizza D, for which you pay $2 for pepperoni, $2 for sausage, and $2 for bacon, pizza D will actually have less pepperoni and less sausage than pizza C even though you are still paying full prics for both of those toppings. There is a four topping pizza that my wife and I usually like to order, but we realized after several orders from Mancinos that were paying a large premium for all of those toppings, and we were definitely not getting our money's worth of each topping.

The food is still good, but the manager was extremely rude. We had put in a order for 2 grinders, my husband is allergic to tomatoes so we always put in minus tomato on his. When we received our order from their with grubhub, his sandwich had tomato on it. He immediately called the location that made our food and informed them that they messed up his sandwich. They told us they could deliver another sandwich, but it would be another hour wait. We told him we didn't want to wait that long, and then he offered us 50% off our next order. We agreed that sounded reasonable, and so I ate my sandwich, he at the cheese bread, and we tossed my husbands sandwich. Jump to today. We called to put in the same order. The guy tells us that his manager says they are only giving us 50% off of the 1 grinder, not off the entire order. My husband gets on the phone with the manager, and he says the only way he's replacing the other grinder is if we still have it in our fridge. We aren't going to keep something in our fridge to just spoil, so I feel this was an outrageous request. The manager was extremely rude to my husband and good business says they messed up our order, they should replace the sandwich or stick to their word of half off our next order. This took place at 6:40pm on 7/20/2020 so whoever the manager on shift was that was being rude, I hope that owners see this, and realize that they have lost...
Read moreI was driving through the area, called to place an order and wanted my food I was driving through the area, called to place an order and wanted my food done a specific way (and had it repeated back to me) got there, paid, took my food and came home, living 35miles away, got home opened my food up and it was maid wrong, now I call to tell them what had happened, ask if it can be replaced, and I’m told it can be remade for a 25% discount or to bring it back. Now I will not be eating this food because it’s made wrong, unless I drive 70 miles round trip for a $14 order not including the gas I will be out, and when I try to get information on the Manager currently on shift, I’m told no that I cannot get his information nor the store owner, So I have to find out the hard way (yes only $14) that this is how this place of business runs, and when you try to get info on Managers and owners get told flat out no, we cannot have this, furthermore, I WILL find out who runs this establishment, and I will be contacting the BBB so they are aware as well. I HIGHLY advise is you choose to eat from this place to make sure you either eat there (which it’s quite small) or to not leave the counter until you open up ALL you bags of food and check for yourself, as the Competence level is not that high, and I can only “assume” it’s only a reflection of leadership..
If you have had similar service with this business PLEASE PLEASE write a review as well, as they need to start to be held responsible for their actions, as their policy seems to be “Have it their way”, and Hide behind the proverbial actions of doing...
