I recently had the worse experience here. First there is an advertisement on the marquee menu indicating a quarter pounder with fries is only $5.39. Which I ordered. As I am pulling up to the window for payment, I do a quick calculation and notice I was charged more than $5.39 for my purchase. Of course the first payment window is closed without a note indicating its closure. When I finally get to the second window, I inquire why I am being charged so much when the marquee indicates a different price. The person says that there is not sign advertising that price, as if I am lying or just plain crazy. Luckily I had someone else in the car who can also state that my statement is true. Then the staff says that the sign is for special promotion when you join the rewards program, which is nowhere on the signage.To make matters worse, we find I was charged for the deluxe quarter pounder. So we indicate we don't want the deluxe but the normal quarter pounder. Now here is the kicker. While we wait for her to make changes to my order, the window person is having a very noticeable conversation with someone, with the window open, where she tells the person they need to go back to school. Once my order arrives, she has removed the burger entirely and gives me just fries. My companion then says we asked you to provide the normal quarter pounder instead of the deluxe; not give us just fries. At this point I say I am going to make a complaint, please give me my receipt. Then they say, the register printer needs paper, give us a minute. While the person goes to put paper is the register printer, a person who appears to be the manager says, we are just really busy. My companion says busy doing other things, highlighting the overheard conversation. They ask us to pull to the front and wait for our receipt. We waited for 10 minutes and NO ONE came with our receipt.
NOTE: It is against the law in Michigan to not provide a receipt when you purchase something, and you ask for it. (Receipt law) It is also against the law to falsely advertise deals and specials, and then force a customer to purchase something else....
Read moreHonestly Unless you have 45 minutes to wait in line in the Drive-Thru... when there are only 2 cars total in the Drive-Thru and they have the ability to do two cars at a time I can't understand how they can take 45 minutes... And then the food is wrong and half of it is either cold or room temperature or melted... Normally I would give them a second chance before doing any type of review... However this is about their 15th chance and I just don't understand how it can always operate exactly the same... drive through is always a minimum of a half hour and you're guaranteed to get old food, your order be wrong, or if they're really on point that day you're really screwed. They'll have you pull forward and then wait another half hour...
Seriously do not eat here....
You could have read this review 15 times if you were in the Drive-Thru at this McDonald's dot-dot-dot and I bet they still wouldn't have even acknowledged that you're sitting at the box.....
Please if you are thinking about ordering food from this place... Don't, in fact there is a McDonald's less than 2 miles away and they are way better. Just continue down Carpenter and turn right on Washtenaw Ave it'll be on your left hand side......
Yes they are this bad. I am going out of my way to make sure whoever reads this even has an alternative McDonald's to go to. And that McDonald's is good... Maybe they should switch employees or have better training done at this McDonald's...
Pack if you're still in align the Meijer gas station can probably order you a pizza have it delivered and it will still get there before you end up getting your food if you stay in the Drive-Thru line at this location...

They are not very nice, and every manger do something differently than the other and tell me to do it in different ways, so I don't know which is right!!. They send me home and when my time is not done yet, and they did it more than once!!!. The restaurant is full with negative energy, and it's messed up and not organized!. And they treat the customers not nicely and not helpful to them and careless!!. After 2 weeks of working there I decided to quit, because I couldn't tolerate! And I told the manager that I'm quitting and gave her 2 weeks notice and tried to work and tolerate these 2 weeks. And after all THEY DIDN'T PAY ME THE WHOLE TIME AND HOURS I WORKED THERE!!!!!. They didn't pay me about $160 or more!! And when I texted the (manager in charge) Anna, she didn't answer me!!!! And when I went to work again I saw her, but she never said anything to me!!! And moreover she gives me orders what I should do (that no one told me before that I do that!!) So I wasn't happy and I showed that maybe (without saying anything) she said go home!!!!. And moreover they didn't pay me for the hours that I worked in (in the 2 weeks)!!!.
I was working hardly and tiring job and I got headaches sometimes because I was frying french fries, and get muscle and feet aches from standing too long and do the same thing, and after that I don't get payed for all the time I worked, and been treated not kindly!!.
I'M WARNING EVERYONE FROM WORKING IN THAT HORRIBLE PLACE WITH UNSTABLE PERSONALITIES AND UNJUST...
