The employers here really need to work on whom they hire and the hiring requirments. You'd think being able to read an order and being able to take orders correctly would be a requirement, but apparently not here! Nope! They just hire who ever they want, even if they can't do their job right! The last time I went to dine in here, I asked for Cheese fries with extra cheese. CHEESE. FRIES. Not chili cheese, not just chili, but CHEESE! Just cheese! How hard is that? Then when they brought me chili cheese fries instead of my extra cheese fries after I corrected them, the server sighed and almost didn't ask me if I wanted them remade. Talk about horrible server ettiqitue. (I probably spelt that wrong.) Now after I got over that (which took a while, seeing as how it's not that complicated to add cheese to fries), I placed an online order. Whatever their second system that the online orders come through is, the coding or whatever it is needs to be fixed for God's sake! I ordered the western bbq with everything on it but no onions of any kind, and what did i get? Only onions and bacon! I ordered no onions, but everything else and I got nothing but onions. Really guys? Tonight I ordered the same thing but this time with just no fried onions and my burger came plain! So not only do they need to work on their servers, but they need to fix the second system that online orders come through or they can expect no more orders from me...

We finish working out and head here for a post workout meal...we walk in to no greeting, and it takes us a few minutes to be seated...
Fifteen-Twenty minutes later... my friend got tired of waiting and went and asked the COOK whom our server was, because we hadn't seen anyone.
Five minutes goes by, finally get some water and our order taken, cool. Twenty minutes tick on... my glass of water is empty now... our waitress said our food will be up in a few minutes...
Ten minutes later (glass still empty) another waiter brings my friend his shake, that he ordered to go, for after the meal.... At this point I ask him how long the food is going to take.. he said just a few minutes... I asked just how many minutes... he replied no more than ten....
I tell him to cancel the order, we are done waiting.
We walk up to the counter, and the waiter starts to ring the friend up for the shake (because he is mild mannered, and didn't want to raise hell about paying for a shake). BUT INSTEAD, the waiter is ringing up our entire bill, as if we had eaten already. At this point, we basically told him to keep the shake too, and we walked out.
I have been there twice now, and have had bad service both times, and undercooked food for the time I DID in fact get to eat...
It is safe to say, that I will NEVER be back....And if it was possible to rate a restaurant a 0, I would...
Read moreMy family and I went in on a Tuesday night at about 6pm. Was seated right away. By 615 we didn't get any waitress to take our drink order. And my daughter kept saying she was hungry. There were 2 waitresses from what I seen and but one just was walking around moving chairs. Ppl that had come in after us were already taken care of. By 640. We still had not been taken care of. As a waitress was moving tables and chairs for looks like a big crowd. Yup. The crowd ppl came in and I told my mom I bet they will be taken care of first. As we were there at 6pm. At 650. A waitress went to the crowd which was only about 8 ppl. And asked them for there drink order. At which point we walked out and left. Came to red robin. Was seated. And ordered within 5 mins. Never have I walked out of a restraint. But when you are asking for ppls orders who have come in 20 mins after you there is something wrong. Waitress saw us there and just ignored us. Even being short handed they had time for ppl coming in after us. And I had a birthday coupon I was using. This place and service has really gone down hill. I will not be back. That was the rudest I have experienced in an eatery. I would like to...
