First, hash browns should be cooked all the way through. It doesn't take much effort .... Just throw them in the fryer and it literally does the work for you. My breakfast sandwich was really good.

Second, the absolutely disgruntled woman taking drive through orders should not be the face of your establishment. It’s the same blonde woman as the other review I’m sure. I've run a drive though in a fast food restaurant and yes, it's hard but also you have to at least be cordial. I was inside waiting for my order and all I heard her do was complain about the people in the drive through, "it's just coffee and donuts. Chill the f out". Classy. Maybe the manager who was just standing around listening doesn't care either?

Obviously I won't be back and I know it doesn't matter because Dunkin' can do whatever the hell they want and people will just keep coming back. But there are other ones I will go to instead. The employee made me uncomfortable and I felt sad for the other workers who had to...

I just want to give a shout out to the entire crew at Dunkin. All of the employees there are awesome. Krista, Pearl, Danielle, Corey, Jermaine, and James. I typically stop through the Drive-Thru here 7 days a week, and they are always pleasant and professional and always make my coffee perfect. It's to the point where when I am at the speaker they recognize my voice and know my order. I have saw most of these guys work through stressful situations and still maintain a smile. I also live in Great Barrington and I will make the trip to this Dunkin just because they have the best crew and customer service. Also one of the things that really stands out with this particular location is they will always make the Frozen Coffee, I have had experiences at other locations where "the machine is down, broken, being maintenanced pretty frequently" but the South St location never has these issues. I go to this Dunkin five days a week and I can officially say I will not be returning. I have worked in customer service so I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it is truly the worst Dunkin I have been to. The wake up wraps consistently come out burnt and the coffee seems to never be right. The blonde woman in the window is so rude and I have been there on more than a few occasions where they shut down the drive thru. When you go in the store you can hear her flipping out about how she is not waiting on customers until she finishes what she is doing and she has verbally expressed that she does not care how long they have to wait. That is completely unacceptable. If the food wasn’t absolute garbage I could look past the bad attitudes.
