Pizza Twist — Restaurant in Plainfield

When this business was new they made lot of mistakes in my order. Overtime, they have been doing great with our orders. I love this place now. Thank you for taking care of your customers perfectly. Although bit pricey but we love their various varieties of pizza and wings. Thank you again and giving them 5 stars for their great service.

Reason for my 1 star is their customer service! I ordered twice with them, both times messed up my order. Called them back, and they hung up my call with their rude voice. The customer service of the lady in this place is negative 10 in my opinion. No Hi No Hello No thank you and a blank FACE...and from me this is NO Star to you. This branch can't compete with other Chicago Pizza with a twist branches. They are not even 1% closer to real Chicago Pizza recipe.

Since I can't reply to the feedback from the owner below. I am editing this post as a reply to their feedback since They are asking for the truth. On my previous order, we just asked the owner for this pizza being very expensive, and they called us next day asking why we gave them 1 star. If we are not telling truth for " sake of local businesses", why the owner is calling us for giving them 1 star and asking us that we are Punjabi people and we shouldn't give each other bad review. We haven't done review that this is Indian pizza, if you were American or any other pizza that you mess things up, we will give the similar review. This is the truth and they should accept the truth and hanging up the call is not the service we would expect from them. In today's order, one person took our order for delivery and later a lady called to letting us know whether we want to cancel the order as they don't have delivery guy. We got charged same both times, same amount for picking the order and delivering it. Giving reviews are our freedom and we never had anyone call us to change our review, but this place did call us for giving them bad review,...

Horrible experience. Evening ruined. If you want good Indian Pizza go to Chicago's Best Pizza next to Desi bazaar Indian store in Greenwood, it's much better. This is the second time I've ordered & second time I had an issue. However this time was horrendous. I specifically called up and asked for an Indian Pizza can and I asked to make sure that they weren't skimpy with the cilantro onion and fresh diced pepper. What I got was anything but what I ordered. There was pickled jalapenos no cilantro. The cashier, a looked like "deer in headlights headlights" when I come up and told him I did not want this pizza because it was nothing like a Tandoori Pizza and definitely not what I spent five minutes explaining to him on the phone. Which was simple explanation of not being skimpy with the onions cilantro and fresh cut jalapeno. This Pizza did not match any other description or looks of any Indian Pizza and it wasn't American pizza. I think it was a hybrid cross in between many different types. It looks like the cook went Rogue and decided to make whatever they wanted to make. All I wanted was an Indian Pizza that didn't skimpy amount of ingredients. I Asked for a refund the guy gave me an extra $20 and because I knew he was fumbling and had the look like of a deer in headlights and because I'm an honest person I gave him back his extra money. I didn't hear a sorry didn't hear, will give you a pizza or anything. I'll never be back. Prefer to drive all the way to Greenwood at least I know what I'm going...

So my fiance and I went to do some shopping in the area and decided to try some Chicago style pizza. We thought we were getting Chicago's Pizza. We ordered our pizza and bacon bread sticks and we sat down to wait for our food. We were then told this was not Chicago's Pizza but Chicago's Pizza with a twist. The twist is that this is really Indian style pizza under Chicago's Pizza's name. We were so VERY disappointed with the honesty of this place regarding the name of the business itself. We were not satisfied with the pizza at all. Our pizza had way too many toppings. We ordered a pepperoni, bacon, green peppers and onion pizza. We got a pizza with that had that stuff along with sausage, pork, salami, olives and purple onions. It was not close to being good. It was beyond messy. We couldn't even taste the pizza sauce bc of all of the toppings it had on it. The bread sticks with bacon were good. They did have alot of cheese on the breadsticks but not very much on the pizza. The fountain coke was good too. We will not be back and we will be more mindful of restaurants and the business name it is advertised under after...
