I was extremely disappointed. I ordered curbside and they marked it as picked up before I picked it up (I am pretty sure this was so I would go in and they wouldn’t have to bring it out to me) I went in and asked why it said picked up and if anything was wrong the guy grinned then said I’m working on your order now. I said ok do you mind if I wait in my car or do I need to wait in here and he said in here is fine. Keep in mind this was curbside so you’re supposed to get everything and bring it out to me but instead I got my drinks myself which was fine. Then he said my order was ready and I almost walked out of the store before I realized he hadn’t given me my chips. I know it’s normal to get them yourself in store but again since it was an online curbside order I thought they would be in the bag. I got home and realized they barely put any of the Baja chipotle on there which is the only reason I get subway. So I looked at my sandwich and realized there were a lot of things missing on my sandwich. I know this review seems excessive but I had just worked a long day and ordered my food how I ordered it to make my night more relaxing. I could’ve just gone into a restaurant at that point because my whole point of getting curbside was to not have to interact with a lot of people and tbh not have to get out of my car...

First off they were open for walk in ordering and following all safety procedures. Very pleasant young man working the counter. By the time I was within hearing distance the gentleman had acknowledged me. Upon finding out I had not ordered ahead he had put on fresh gloves. Not at all skimpy with the meat or veggie toppings. I ordered the steak and cheese. I doubled the meat, since we would be taking it home and my cats expect to get their share. I had red wine vinegar to be put into a container for 2 reasons. Number one so toast would not get soggy. Number 2 my cats don't care for vinegar. I also had him put extra banana peppers into a container so cats don't turn up their nose. Another customer came in to pick her previously called in order and the other employee who had been sitting at a table immediately got up to help her. After washing hi hands of course. We made it home after over an hour and half. We had a couple more stops to make on the way. The sandwiches purchased here today, one for each of us were some of the best we have ever had!!! Would highly recommend the Subway on US 40 in Plainfield Indiana!!! And yes it makes a big BIG difference what...

I am 25, and I'm letting you know that this shop, so far, has been run by COMPLETELY CLUELESS teenagers every time I have gone there. They forgot the third sandwich in our order and were completely dumbfounded about what to do whenever we came back the next day, with the receipt, asking for the missing sandwich. Also, the same lazy boy that admitted to fulfilling the order with the missing sandwich didn't even hand me my newly purchased sub, as well as the missing one. He left the bag on his side of the countertop, by the register, and walked off. My relatively dirty sleeves and hands had to reach into the deli and grab my bag because his entitled self decided to ditch me. If you're paying this kid $8/hour, I hope you lower it to minimum wage. He was a rude...
