1 star only to write review. Took my son’s broken iPad here for repair. Price unclear and miscommunicated. Gave it a chance because he said would give me a better price than another place I called, that was a lie. Upon getting my son’s iPad home we noticed the button was working correctly or maybe install correctly. Store closed next day therefore returned next business day to have corrected. When I receive it back the next time the screen no longer worked and was told it would be more money to repair. I tried letting it go but my son is now upset again he doesn’t have his same features on his new iPad due to not being able to transfer info from other iPad because the touch screen doesn’t work. I mentioned to him my son was autistic and not for a discount but to inform him how important this was to be correct. He questioned me about my sons autism also and blamed him for the button not working. I wanted to bring my son in with me to show him I wasn’t being dishonest but what point did I need to prove by doing that. He also yelled at me as if I were a child and I allowed him that space only because of the importance of repairing my son’s iPad which still didn’t get corrected. I will never support this business again and I hope other that need repairs read the reviews before going here. I failed to do that and could have saved myself $200 doing so. I had to purchase a new iPad when in fact I paid him almost that cost when he said it would only be $50 for the screen. He offered to correct the bend in the iPad and asked how much would I give him and I allowed him to give me a price because I wanted to show him I wasn’t trying to get anything free just only for him to honor his price he gave me both in person and over the phone. He says he’s a honest guy and his religion doesn’t allow him to lie when I never said he lied (he just offered this information). I just questioned how the price changed so much. Maybe he can’t lie but he sure can be misleading, disrespectful and unkind. I only paid the amount again because it meant my son would be happy and have his iPad back that day. I learned my lesson and I hope someone learns from this. He will write a response to justify what happened but we know the truth that’s all...

Some of these reviews are fake accounts. I understand that some people may have had a ok experience with this business. I unfortunately had a terrible experience with this business. I was scammed out of $450.00. I took my phone in for a repair because my screen was flashing and I could not see anything properly. He had my phone for almost a month to give me a phone with a new back and new screen that did not work. He refused to give me my money back. Just warning everyone, he will be very nice and friendly while he breaks stuff on your phone and will try to make you pay...

I’d put a 0 if I could, does a good job fixing phones however don’t buy phones from here. It’s a scam. bought a iPhone that is useless. the top speaker doesn’t work. You can call someone but oh..any other surprise you can’t hear anything and it’s stuck on speaker mode lol. No help either just it’s the motherboard you must of “dropped it” lol when there’s no marks what so ever… Behind the desk there’s a small no refund,exchange, claim or whatever poster.. so watch out.. I’d recommend you just don’t bother wasting your hard earned cash on this place. Go somewhere...
