I have been shopping here since it opened. It is always the first place I think of to look for an outfit before an event or vacation because I like to support small businesses before I go into a big department store. I love shopping in this place but the disappointment just came in recently. I bought an outfit and after wearing it one time it started to come apart. I did not expect my money back because I know it’s return policy, besides I really did like the outfit. I wanted to know if I could switch the top. Realistically, I knew that probably was not going to happen either and the young lady also said most likely not. What shocked me was lack of concern that the garment came apart after one use by the owner. Even in boutique if you carry good quality stand by it. Read moreI went into this shop to purchase something and needed to return it the next day to find out there are certain items you can not return for a refund or even store credit even with a receipt. Also, on things they will return and u have a receipt u only get store credit up to 14 days. So, be ware and be sure u will not need to return or you are out of luck. As a local business owner near town I do what is needed to make the customer happy which they did not seem to want to do. I understand rules but my email was not answered either.
