I have left 2 messages and spoke to the Assistant Manager Thursday 1/12/23 to speak with the owner. I have been buying pizza exclusively from your location for a year now. However the man whom I believe is the owner is not making pizzas there the quantity has gone downhill and there is hardly any topping on the pizzas. Including very little sauce. I bought a pizza Tuesday evening that happens to be the worse pizza I have ever had. I was to have sausage, green pepper, onion and extra cheese. The toppings were very little and it most definitely did not have extra cheese. I have actually kept a few pieces to prove this. I am not sure who the lady is that has been making these but I believe may be Hispanic. She seems to be the one who is always on duty when I call. I have asked for a refund on my pizza from Tuesday however the owner has not returned any of my calls and I was told he is the one that would have to refund this. Unless there are a changes made I will also be finding a new pizza location. I chose you because they were made just like the ones I use to order from pizza locations In Indy. The new general manager at the store is very unprofessional and has no respect for longtime customers. The GM has a distasteful attitude and doesn’t appreciate a loyal customer (7years) that’s been spending at least $30 bucks a week. Company seems they can’t get it right with hiring managers. The last one that got let go a couple months ago was also a disgrace to the company. They will never get another nickel of mine. Piezano's has been one of my favorite pizza places in Plainfield. I have always enjoyed the way they prepare my favorite anchovy, onion, and mushroom pizza. I realize those particular ingredients are not in high demand, but piezano's always was happy to put my favorite together. As a result, I frequented piezano's often. Within the past month, I have learned that nightly management has changed, and they have seen fit to discontinue ordering special topping such as anchovies.
