I went in on 8/23 to T-Mobile in Plainfield, Indiana and needed help because for the first time ever, my iPhone would not let me open. It would not let me punch in the code. I was basically locked out of my phone. A nice woman by the name of Caitlin came and got me and brought me to a table to see what I was there for and when I showed her that she’s like oh that can happen sometimes let me fix it and literally within 10 seconds she fixed it. Once she took care of the 911 she said what else can I do for you and I let her know. I just bought a house and my cell phone reception was horrible. She asked me for the address and checked it and said that T-Mobile has really good signal there and I also explained to her how no other company had Internet service there and she told me about T-Mobile’s Wi-Fi service and that it was very strong in my area. I was very surprised. She said they had service cause I had not heard about this. Long story short she got me a new phone with my phone being traded in that is way better and double the memory. I went from an iPhone 12 to iPhone 16 with 256 gigs for only $200 out the door. I told her I would try the T-Mobile Internet and so she helps set that up also for me. I had already signed up for Starlink and it was costing me $120 a month just for that. Again, another long story short for 120 a month I’m getting a new phone and Internet, which gives me Apple TV for free and my Netflix with no commercial $11 cheaper. Total Kaytlyn and T-Mobile are saving me about 200 bucks a month. I came back in on August 24 to help finish setting up my Internet wi-Fi box and again she was amazing and help complete the process. I took it home and set it up and it was giving me speed faster than Starlink. I was getting around 350 MPS downloads and about 80 MPS’s upload. She is super knowledgeable, super friendly, super patient super kind and all around just super. In my opinion, I think T-Mobile should use her as a trainer and manager. With her customer service skills and knowledge this guy is a limit. T-Mobile give this woman a raise and promotion you have a rockstar on your hands. Appreciate her for all she does for you.. Don’t be EarthLink. EarthLink could’ve hired Elon Musk and they rejected him and look what he ended up doing. This may sound crazy. This world is full of a lot of people who were successful and not appreciated by those before. I’m not saying you’re not appreciating her. All I’m saying is make sure you appreciate her. I can say without ANY embellishment or exaggeration, Noor was the most competent, helpful, and gracious salesperson I have ever worked with. Verizon was a NIGHTMARE to work with porting over five phones from a former business account to a new T-Mobile account that gave us a five year price lock, five new Apple 16-E I-Phones for free, and Noor was very helpful in comparing apples to apples (no pun intended) and we NEVER felt like we were being sold anything (I detest sales manipulation). It took HOURS to set up these phones at NO fault of Noor’s, but as I said, Verizon was a mess on their end getting their ducks in a row. She has world class customer service. Tracy is also always awesome and goes out of her way to always help me and my family.

I have tried to go here and jump my phone multiple times and haven't been able to do so. Te people here have become very rude. I was told on Wednesday to come in today (Friday) to get the oneplus 9 and when I got there today I was told immediately that they didn't have one. So I went ahead and tried to upgrade to a oneplus 8t and they kept getting an error and was just told I will have to submit a ticket. This store seems to never have anything in stock.
