She suggest me download app and park your car at parking lot and come back she told me she can cancled my order right now get a coupon and come back and i follow what she told me i come back with download app and then I come back again I show her app I said mam guide me how to do I am new at your store she said order online and come back again and you have another deal too on your app when you buy over 10 doller you can get 2 chicken tender free as well.then i come back again in parking lot i order my food i didnt see any deal i thought when i go back mayb then they apply own this time is the 3rd time am coming back to window again it's 30 minute passed and she saw me and she switched the lady new lady she gave me my order there is same price with no chicken tender when I ask Her mam I am Here 3rd time you know already she told me download app get discount free chicken tender bla bla what it's the same nothing change price or deal that lady so mean with me she said that's what you get and she's rude and I have tears on my eyes because I feel they racist and she have bad attitude she told me bye bye I said mam you girls waste my 30 minute I never wanna come back at your store and her answer is okay sure have a good day she close window on my face my kids with me that time I ignore the argument and come back my home I am still feel I need to complain that lady how they treat customer atleast manager or staff need to know this...
Read moreIt's one thing to maybe get an item wrong when you receive your order, but just simply ridiculous when the one person at that restaurant you should be able to trust to get it exactly right, (the manager) screws it up completely. Even after talking you into changing your order to save a few bucks, then giving you exactly what you initially ask for, but paid for what they talked you into. And in addition, adding insult to injury, it takes them 45 minutes after paying for this fiasco, to screw it all up. Now that's genius.
Confused?!?! You shouldn't be, let me explain. Here's the kicker... Popeyes provides two receipts. One is the transaction receipt, with a breakdown of the order you payed for. Second one (for their use, so as to get it right), is an order fill receipt. These receipts should match, and coincidentally then match with what's in your bag. Pretty simple? Obviously not.
And finally... Even though you bring this mistake to their attention, and they seem eager to correct it. Who has an additional 45 minutes to let them try. By the way, they said 20 minute the first try for fresh chicken, because of having only white meat. Let's be honest, I was under the impression it would be longer, as it was the first go-around, and who has that kind of time?
In closing this long winded vent, the food just isn't good enough to justify the HEADACHE you'll receive trying to get it. Good luck...

Go head to the restaurant that is completely dark, no lights on the drive thru boards or outside and sat in the drive thru for 30 mins. Get up to the speaker to be told by Alicia that they are out of multiple things one of which is something in one of my mobile orders. I said no problem I ordered online already. She then proceeds to tell me that since my order has one of the specific items she can't fulfill my order. Uh what? They had already taken the money out of my account, I waited 30 mins and now I have no food. Alicia could care less and has terrible customer service as well as the others in the back working.
