🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An Unforgettable Culinary Experience – A Hidden Gem of Authentic Uyghur Cuisine
I don’t normally leave lengthy reviews, but this newly opened Uyghur restaurant absolutely deserves all the praise. From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel like family.
Let’s talk about the food first – phenomenal doesn’t even begin to describe it. Every dish we ordered tasted as if it came straight from the heart of Central Asia. The flavors were bold, rich, and deeply authentic. The hand-pulled noodles (laghman) were chewy and flavorful, coated in a beautifully spiced sauce with tender beef and fresh vegetables. The lamb kebabs were grilled to perfection – juicy, seasoned just right, and served piping hot. The polo (Uyghur rice pilaf) was aromatic, buttery, and generously topped with melt-in-your-mouth lamb. You can taste the passion and tradition in every bite.
What truly sets this restaurant apart, however, is the service. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about our experience. The owners themselves came out to greet guests, share the story behind the dishes, and make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. You can tell they’re proud of their heritage and are pouring their hearts into this place.
The ambiance is cozy, clean, and culturally rich – adorned with subtle nods to Uyghur art and decor. It’s a space that makes you want to stay a little longer, try a few more dishes, and soak in the warm hospitality.
Whether you're new to Uyghur cuisine or a longtime fan, this restaurant is a must-visit. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right – from the food and service to the atmosphere and authenticity. I’m already planning my next visit and bringing friends along. This gem is going to be a favorite for years to come. Highly, highly...

I spoke with the owner, and they mentioned that while they are still in the process of obtaining the official halal certificate, all the items served are halal.
The place just opened a few days ago, and the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their hospitality made a great first impression.

Read moreFirst time ever going to a Uyghur restaurant as I enjoy exploring and trying new things out. The server was super friendly and because it was our first time there she explained every items in the menu plus additional off the menu items in English and Chinese (with photos) the lamb skewers was amazing and I really like the baked lamb or beef dumplings/samsa and the famous big plate chicken! Love the thick wide hand pull noodles. It was truly a BIG PLATE. I hope the owner can add some blinds because the restaurant faces west and during late afternoon, the sun hits right into...
