Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Plano

The chicken bake was still completely open on the bottom, so all the liquid just came out, on top of it being soggy. Fresh out the oven. I didn't understand that. Pizza was just as good as normal.

The lady working however, sat my 2 slices on the counter for 10 minutes (no exaggeration) and routinely would go over it, sweat on it, wipe her sweat away real close to it, on top of it just setting out getting cold for 10 minutes, she then gets a big attitude I asked for fresh slices (attitude as in letting out a huge sigh then openly complaining to her coworker, right in front of me, that I wanted a fresh slice). Idk. Maybe I'm used to...

Horrible customer service. I will be canceling my membership, this location is terrible. Ranice Reser "customer service shift lead" is very unprofessional with zero common sense to help customers. Little Ted works at the return desk and his only goal is to tell customers no about a simple return when costco supposedly has a hassle free return policy. Good place for a cheap and fulfilling meal. I wouldn't expect anything healthy. Currently closed due to pandemic. Chicken bake is the best thing on this menu for a dinner.
