Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Plano

I went to this location less than 2 weeks ago and purchased a philly cheesesteak sub. When I got home I realized they gave me the wrong sub (a meatball which I just threw away). Unfortunately I had to head to work so couldn't spend another 20 minutes to go and exchange the sub. I called the store immediately. They said they would save my receipt and next time I was in they would give me the correct sub for free. Ok fine. So I went in today to get my correct sub that I fully paid for. The manager in the store said he couldn't find it and could not honor it. Really? What a joke! Then a very large man walked over to help I assumed...No, not at all. He actually prevented the store manager from giving me the owners contact info. I asked him who he was, he said he was the "district manager." WOW! SO he couldn't help fix the situation either. And he again denied me the owner's contact info. He instead took down my info which I can only assume he threw away the second I walked out the door based on his previous attitude and lack of caring entirely. I can't believe management at some places is this bad. I will never be back to a place that steals your $ says they will give you your product and then turns you away. Laughable! Avoid at all costs due to poor management. Food is OK. But...

First time here, overall I'd say 3.5 stars. I had the Super Sub. I give it 4 stars. Taste was good, but not great. Just a hint of vinegar flavor, not a noticeable amount of olive oil. The right amount of meat, but tomato slices were super thin, so barely any. Same with the cheese, too thin, barely any. Wheat bread was decent but nothing great. I wanted to try the seeded Italian but it wasn't offered at this location.

Wife and daughter got a Philly Cheesesteak and Chipotle Cheesesteak. Probably just 3 stars. The bread was a disappointment. Yes, it's the same as they used on cold subs, but a cheesesteak needs something a bit more hefty. This roll was just overwhelmed by the meat and cheese, although the meat was admittedly a decent portion. Also, the only cheese option was American, which is not our preference. Strange, because they have Provolone for cold subs, they just don't offer it for the cheesesteaks.

We ordered takeout, so can't comment on the dining room. It was also mid-afternoon, so not at all busy and order was done promptly.

So yeah, overall 3.5 stars. Not sure I'd try Jersey Mike's again, depends on my mood, but I'm not in a hurry,...

I ordered here on one of my worst days in a long time in hopes the food would make my day better. The delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. I called the store and was told I need to talk to DoorDash about my order and my points I redeemed would not be refunded. I called DoorDash and they said they initiated a refund and hung up on me. A week later I call DoorDash inquiring about my refund and they said they would need to reach out to Jersey Mikes. Two days later DoorDash says they can't help I need to call the store. I call and ask for a manager and get told there is no manager, when I explain why suddenly they could hand me to the assistant manager. The Assistant manager was very rude and told me to call when the manager was there. I had to step away from work to call two days in a row to catch them. The manager said he would talk to the GM about getting me a refund and never called me back. I was told they could not redeliver because they deliver through some place else and they couldn't refund my points. At this point its been almost a month with resolution or care...
