Customer service at this location is very inconsistent. Today, I went through and had my window down, hearing that the customer in front of me received friendly service. When I got to the window, I was not greeted, just told my total for my order, and then handed my food. The girl also had on acrylic nails, which I’m pretty sure is a food safety hazard, especially in Plano Texas. I’m going to ask the health department about it. There was no thank you, no have a great day, no asking if I wanted catchup, no confirming my order. She looked annoyed, and when I asked for hot sauce she seemed impatient. She was more interested in keeping that window closed than anything else. Then when I go to eat my food as I sit in my car five mins later, there is a long black strand of hair, which I’m pretty sure belongs to the braids of the girl that was handing me my food. I will not return to this location again.

Extra Crispy is how my wife loves her chicken 🐓 and fries 🍟. We ask for it and we always have to send the food back 2-3 times to get it right. Also since Covid the chicken seems different but we can’t put our fingers on it. Perhaps the brand of chicken used but we suspect the batter they use has also changed. The tenders are smaller and the Cane’s Sauce cups have shrank. We don’t eat here near as much as we used to because the quality of food service is highly lacking. Plus food in general just doesn’t taste as good as it once did. This location also needs a remodel. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. A remodel is long overdue.

12/9/17. Update: The manager responded to my complaint exceptionally well with an apology and a sincere tone with interest in resolution and prevention. Hopefully our experience was merely an isolated incident which can be resolved by caring supervisory staff, improved attitudes and a higher level of consciousness. There's hope. Time and patience will tell.

12/1/17. Canes chicken is good & we were pleased to find a location near our destination. We purchased a large order of strips with two orders of fries, we were asked how many "Cane's sauce" we wanted and we answered five. Our order was delivered with only two small sauce cups. When we returned to the counter to obtain our other three sauce cup servings, the register staff attempted to charge .80 per cup, but changed their position after having our order explained. A staff member abruptly stirred up floor dust and dirt directly next to us while we were eating our meal. A brief stare only delayed this annoyance for a few minutes. Upon one female employee departing the restaurant, she obnoxiously and loudly shouted a ridiculous farewell for the evening to her fellow employees and lingered for another minute to laugh and carry on at the expense of customers. The employees were unprofessional young people, seemingly indicative of those who don't really appreciate the fact that they have an opportunity to earn a wage through providing a service. If better employees aren't available, I suggest closing shop and moving a good investment with lots of potential somewhere else. Perhaps business is good enough, but it won't benefit from us again. Good staff are an essential part of the success. Definitely lacking at this location. Maybe just use the...

This is third time I have had money issue at this location. I usually pay cash here until I got wrong changed returned to me twice both less than how much I was suppose to get. First time I went back to get the correct change and second time I just let it go since it was around 2 dollars and I made it back home already I really didn't want drive another 24 minutes at that time. After second incident, I started to pay with card and had no farther issues....until today. Just like usual, I paid with card. It was night time and kids were hungry I just got receipt and made sure food was correct count. On the way back home I was looking for my card so I could put it back in my wallet. It was no where to be found. I dropped the kids back on and headed back obvious location where card should be which was Cane's. I check my card report on the way there and I see other things being rang up from Cane's on my Card!! I am furious at this point fed up with having short changed twice and now credit card fraud!! Manager refunded things they rang up back on the card and now I have to check my pending statement until funds are fully paid back... I know it's not huge amount I lost but all the hassle and issues I am having at location is first time ever. Another issue is that guy gave me short changed 2nd time is also the guy that didn't give my credit card back and rang up other stuff as well. Now my only option to pay at this location is through Apple Pay or Gpay using my phone lol... or I might have to drive another 5 minutes to go...

Quite literally the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant and Cane’s is usually a leader in fast food customer experience. I sat in a short drive through line for about 15-20 minutes and when I finally got to the speaker, the person on the speaker was nice and I thought she said pull up to the first window.I pulled up to the first window and after like 30 seconds the worker at the second window then leaned out the window and threw her hands up so I thought she was just frustrated it was taking a while. She then stared at me and I jestured it she wanted me to pull up. She then just throws her hands up again and leans back in the window. I eventually just pulled up to the second window and l said “sorry I thought she said first window” and she didn’t respond. She then runs my card and comes back with my food and goes “there’s nobody back there you were sitting at an empty window” and I go “oh sorry, I thought…” and before I could finish my sentence she just says “have a nice day” and slams the window shut. Like dang, I’m sorry that was the worst thing that happened to you all day. It was honestly just an innocent miscommunication but she made me feel really bad about myself and questioning if I even want to come back to a Cane’s. Sucks because I love the food. Just no reason to make that big of a deal of it, I get that you have to deal with stupid people all day but that was just doing...
