Hello, this was from Saturday around 5:40 am. 5/11. So I decided to order my drink at a different location because it was closer to my work. I walked in to the store and the employee never said a word to me no good morning or welcome to the store or can I help you whatsoever. So while I was waiting for her to call out my mobile order I was looking at merchandise but never heard my name that my order was ready. Mind you I was the only customer in the store. Another employee walked in from the back also didn’t bother to say good morning or can I help you. I sat for about 5 mins waiting for her to call out my name . So I decided to go up to the counter and while I was up there none of the employees ask if I needed anything because she was too busy complaining about her work schedule and glued to her phone. So I said I’m waiting for my order and one of them the one with the curly hair said it’s been ready and rolled her eyes on me while looking at her coworker. That was very disrespectful, so rude and so unprofessional. It’s too early in the morning on a Saturday to be dealing with rude service before I start my day. I will never go back at this location if I see her again. I know Starbucks employees are personable, friendly, and greet you first thing you walk into the store. But not this employee with the curly hair. I wish I got her name. I didn’t feel like I was welcome at the store. She was on her phone the whole time and complaining about her schedule with her coworker while I was at the counter. This is not the right place for that. She should be making sure customers are taking care of after all she is getting paid to work not to be on her phone and chat with other employee and complain about her schedule in front of customers. The rolling her eyes is unacceptable, unprofessional so disrespectful. I never write reviews but I just have too. I wish there is an option for 0 star. ...
Read moreTo the Management Team,
I want to take a moment to give a well-deserved shoutout to your incredible team at the Starbucks location off Dallas Parkway and Park Boulevard in Plano, TX.
I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time now, and I can confidently say this is one of the most consistent, welcoming, and high-energy barista crews I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with.
Here’s a list of names I’ve gathered so far (aka the All-Star Lineup!): Paola, Mimi, Cameron, Katie, Akasha, McKienzie, Victoria, Cindy, Marco..
These folks are truly the heart and soul of the store. I know I might be missing a name or two — so if I did, please don’t beat me up! 😅 You’re all amazing in your own right.
What sets this team apart is not just how well they make the drinks, but the genuine warmth and kindness they bring into every interaction. No matter how busy it gets, someone always makes an effort to say hello, ask how to spell my name, or simply make me feel seen and valued. That small moment of connection means more than you might realize in today’s fast-paced world.
When I walk into this store, it’s like life slows down a bit. It feels like a mini oasis, and that’s because of your team. Whether it’s the friendly banter or the simple act of acknowledging customers by name, the human touch here is unmatched.
Recommendation:
I truly hope management recognizes how phenomenally this team represents your brand. I say this with a smile, but also with sincerity: ➡️ Give them a 10% raise — maybe 15%! ➡️ If that’s not feasible, at least give them some extra vacation time or a team lunch on the house.
Because without the baristas, this would just be a one-sided transaction. With them, it’s a memorable experience.
Thank you again for hiring and supporting such a great team.
Y’all are making magic out here.

Rosie! Mimi, McKenzie
I have been coming here for the last 6 months, and I’ve never felt more welcome ANYWHERE. I don’t like to sugar coat things, and I definitely don’t speak on anything if I’ve not truly felt compelled to do so: that said, I’m compelled to do so. This whole squad, under the leadership of Taylor, is fire. Everyone greets me when I come in, whether that’s in the morning, or in the evening (ima double cupper for coffee haha). I told Taylor straight up, that she’s in the right place for management, but realistically, she needs to be a director of operations. Why? She just understands people, AND she knows how to hold down the business. Akasha is the same way-every time I come in, she asks if I’m getting my regular, has a professional quick conversation, and gets to moving. I like that. Ian, Victoria, Paola, Marco,Cindy, Marilyn, etc(I know I missed a couple people, but you know what’s up! -this is a unit for what customer service SHOULD be. Top tier, pull up and let them get you...
