Tight Ends Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Plano

I don’t come to tight ends often but tonight was by far the worst service I have ever had! Madison was tending the back bar n it took awhile to be greeted. On top of waiting I noticed other people were also waiting to be served. So finally she comes around gets drinks and I order my food n I asked for water as well n waited 30+ min. I finally got up n went to the service bar to get water. When I wanted to cash out that also took awhile. Again saw other people wanting to cash out to. I finally wen up to the front door n asked the ID checker if we can get a bartender to serve the backbar Because Madison disappeared for 20+ min. She definitely lacks a sense of urgency. 10 min later the manager Gregg comes to me and apologized for everything that happened. When he left Madison had got the nerve to blame me for possibly loosing her job (which she didn’t) and avoided making eye contact with me. Before I left I saw Gregg n told him I wanted to talk to Madison because she had been avoiding me the rest of the night. On top of gossiping to her other bartender friends about me which I did not tolerate. He grabs her n all I wanted was to give her advice because I was a bartender for 6 years at one point in my life so that she doesn’t make the same mistake in the future. I get it we are human we make mistakes. She had the nerve to tell me she was a great bartender n that she made 90k last year n all this like I really didn’t care. What I cared about was that me n a handful of people had crappy service. She is so rude! I should of taken the tip I gave her right out of her hand and...

Waitress uniform is basically tiny shorts and short shirts. Most of the waitresses were attractive so, if you're going to a restaurant for the scenery, there you go. There is a great layout of televisions so almost every seat is well positioned for whichever sporting event you may like.

The food and service is a different story. We were seated and after 10 minutes a server finally showed up with some explanation about confusion with the girl whose table ours was supposed to be. Ordered Queso and chips which were delivered promptly. Chips are pretty much out of a bag and unremarkable. The Queso was passable.

Ordered a burger and fries, side of fries and 20 wings, ½ mild, ½ chipotle, all flappers. Burger and fries came out reasonably on time. The bun on the burger was exceptional; fresh and with seeds. The fries were crinkly fries, out of a bag, again, unremarkable. The burger was sizable but, very dry.

Wings came out all hot flavor and sent them back. Second try, the chipotle and mild came out however, the chipotle were not all flappers. The mild sauce is pretty much Louisiana hot sauce out of a bottle. Chipolte sauce was extremely spicy. Full disclosure, the waitress knew they had messed up the order twice and arranged to have the wings comped without us asking.

Summary, atmosphere is 4-5 stars. The place was clean and well staffed. Food is fair at best. Service seemed to be disorganized. Maybe it will get better with time however, we won’t be going back. All said 3 star rating. Pricing...

So it is very obvious that the GM is manager at stripe clubs or use to be. We had two waitresses one had Shift change so wanted us to close the tab during our meal. Then we start with the next waitress finishing up our food and ordered more drinks. We noticed a charge on our mule drink for Rocks. Obviously meaning ice. So we ask a manager why are we being charged ice in our Mule drinks. Obviously he didn’t know so here come mister GM strip club manager. Instantly accuses us as being rude to our waitresses and said we would be no longer be welcome as he has the big bouncer come over to our table. We reply why are you saying we are rude we just asked why are we being charged ice in our drinks. Manager said they complained which one was a shift change not even there the other obviously in shock what is going on. So the manager reaches in his wallet and throws a dollar on the table for the ice charge the we asked again he reply’s you asked for double ice. Who in the world asks for more ice in their mix drink. Hence bouncer says here is your tab you must pay. Then once we paid you need to go. Can we finish “nope” you need to go. Girl waitress comes over sorry I thought y’all were great. Obviously most people probably have no clue but you add it up it’s a large profit. The Gm complete jerk and obviously worked in strip clubs. If there is legal action would love to...
