No accountability!!! I often frequent this establishment on my lunch. The workers are pleasant, but this is the 3rd time the order was incorrect. I called to inform Management of the error. The phone rang at least 20 times. I returned the next day (today) with photos and the receipt for proof of the error. The Manager who provided his name as Charles. Instead of listening to the issue, or at the very least offering up an apology. His first response was, "if you don't look, it's not my fault." I assumed it was humor. (I actually joke, and it would've lightened the mood IF followed by a "no, I'm joking. I apologize for the error." And offer to make it whole. But not Charles "you won't get over on me" the Manager. He made it his duty to let his stance be known. I asked him about if there were any sort of accountability that he felt HE should absorb? He said, "We MAYBE shouldn't get it wrong. But you didn't check." He continued to fight the good fight lol. (Crazy part is, yes, I should've checked. But should I ALWAYS have to?) He actually gave me a Strawberry Lemonade (that was on my previous order. Which was quite nice of him.) But if you would've seen the 2 drops of Strawberry puree he put in it, you would've laughed too. Lol I basically had lemon flavored ice, with water and about 7 seeds from the strawberry puree in a cup. LMAO. Like I said, I'm a jokester too. But I also know when to reel it in, suck up my pride, and deliver. He completed zero tasks on that checklist. I wish there were audio to the video of my experience. I was very nice and cordial during the ordeal. (Per the other customer. Thanks Mrs. Customer lol) But Mr. Charles, you definitely need some sensitivity training. It was the whole "get off of my lawn" reaction from you. It's ok Sir, we're all friends. I would like to buy you a Strawberry Lemonade to make amends. (When made correctly, they're quite delicious lol). Just try to treat the next customer a little better Sir. Came here, June 29 in the evening and The service sucked. I had to go through the drive-through three times for a simple order. Once to Order, a second time because they messed up part of my order, and a third because they didn’t give me a spoon for my frosty. Normally, I quickly check my bags, contents before driving away, and tell them about any discrepancies or missing items, but as soon as they handed me the order, they close the window and went out of sight. gave my horn a little tab and no one came. Had to go back through the drive-through and wait a solid 30 seconds for anyone to give me a response and they seem pissed off that they actually had to do their job and give me what I paid for. Before anyone says that they were busy or I could’ve gone in myself, the dining area was closed off and I was there for a solid 30 minutes after in the nearby parking lot. I didn’t see a single other car come to the drive-through while I was eating, making this Account and leaving a review. After roughly 15 minutes of waiting with nobody coming out - I went inside store (waited another 5 min for somebody to help) and was informed they forgot about me and hadn't even started my order. Asked for refund and was told I needed receipt. No receipt was given to me at drive thru window so guy shrugged his shoulders like he didn't know how to refund me (he was guy that ran my card earlier and never gave me receipt). So basically paid for family order and got nothing as I was in rush to leave. Now I have to deal with refuting credit card card bill which somehow they appear to be fighting - which means I have to waste even more of my time trying to resolve. I understand mistakes happen and not an issue they forgot about me - but not refunding me on the spot and forcing me into arbitration process with credit card company over their error speaks volumes on their customer service..
