Wendy's — Restaurant in Plant City

Wendy's has been in Plant City for as long as I can remember. I remember when the Biggie Fry just cost a $1. Since then Wendys has had its ups and down. When it comes to service and food quality. They have also added a few new things to the menu. This being the baconator fries and down to the new fancy fountain drinks. On this particular day and establishment. We had a Biggie Bag and a Daves Tripple and an order of baconator fries. On these particular fries the bacon is nicely chopped up. And placed over the some cheese covered fries. We also ordered 2 fountain drinks. At this particular establishment they decided to kindly just place 3 pieces of bacon on top of our cheese covered fries and sent them out to us. The foundation machine had no carbonation in all the different sodas that I tried. The only thing I found good to drink was the sweet tea. I know times are tough money is tight. And some people have problems that may or may not affect their job performance at work. So we decided not to say anything or complain to the cashier or manager. Since we noticed that the individual was making the burgers was probably in charge . And Im sure that they saw the way the fries were being made. And the fountain machine should be frequently checked for the quality of the drinks. And that the person in charge should also make sure that the employees on break should keep their shoes on while in the establishment. Even if they are on break or lunch. I know and understand that it is their time. But have a little respect for others and...

If i could give 0 stars i most certainly would. When we first arrived we were greeted at the speaker by MATT at the location off of Alexander rd in plant city (breakfast/Lunch manager on 11/30/24) we asked at the speaker when lunch was and he states 3 minutes. We got out of line and waited until lunch was served. We arrived at the speaker and asked if someone would change the menu because we needed to look at the lunch menu since we don’t come here often. We waited for 10 minutes and kept being rudely asked to order when we’re ready by Sherry when we politely asked again if the menu will changed as she stated we will have to wait. MATT (manager on staff) then proceeded to angrily come out and change the signs which he was slamming and spoke over his headset to sherry which also went to the speaker we were sitting at and said “take the man’s order now” we quickly placed our order and arrived at the window and paid for our food and waited another 10 mins to receive our food . HIGHLY DISSATISFIED at the respect that they give their customers i can only imagine how he treats his employees with his type of temper. For the first order of the day for lunch the fries were luke warm and soggy, the sandwiches were were slapped together and WRONG and with a HAIR in between the cheese of my burger. AVOID THIS WENDY'S IF POSSIBLE Placed a mobile order prior to arriving. Arrived at 11:39pm, which had customers in the drive-thru, but when we checked in, the employee stated the system was down. We informed them that we had a mobile order, however, we got no response. We then got in the line, meaning there was more than just us there. We watched two customers in front of us get their orders, but when we pulled up to the window, at 11:47pm, no one was showing up. We sat there for 10 mins. We personally saw two different employees walk by, to include one that made eye contact with us, just completely ignore us. We looked through the window and saw plenty of fries and nuggets available, so not having food was the issue. So we waited another 5-8 mins, and finally, one of the employees walked up to the window and told us they were closed while making an X across her chest. So now besides being hangry, livid and now confused cuz it was only 12:05am and Wendy’s is supposed to be "open late" until 1am, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and care for the customer. We told the employee again we had a mobile order and that they aren't supposed to be closed until 1am, but she gave us this stone-cold look as if she was saying, 'I don't give a Fudge', and walked off...leaving us there.
