The food was average to poor. The chicken I had had pieces of bone in it, it wasn't cleaned very good. The waitress I had was not good. Was MIA most of the time. The people around us were complaining also. My check amount was $27.65. I left $3.35 over the objection of the person I was dining with who said to leave even less. We made it for an even $31.00. Lo and behold the amount submitted to the bank was $35.65. I called and spoke to Santos and he said the ticket was not signed or filled in so we allow the waitress to add 15% to your bill. That is not true. I guess if they are unhappy they just rip up the one that was left and make a blank one and fill it in. He said no one has ever complained about doing that. I told him what is stopping her from filling in what she wants then. That can't be legal but I explained to him that the waitress or whoever did this helped themselves to a $8.00 tip which is almost 30 %. He had no answer. He said I will talk to the waitress and call you back but I will reverse the tip money to your account. That was three days ago. Nothing. I warned him he has a problem at his restaurant. He needs to check other tickets. He said no one else has complained. They probably didn't catch it. Believe me, this is a hassle for $4.65 but I'm trying to warn others. Because of the small amount the bank reverses it and does not make contact so I am trying to make others aware. BEWARE OF THIS....

My family has been going to the same Mexican restaurant for the last 20 years. There are old Polaroid pictures of me at this restaurant in a baby seat asleep.

I have lived out of state for the past five years and still, without fail, come back here every single time I am in Florida. It's an amazing Mexican restaurant- the fajitas are truly incredible. Like honestly, the food is great. The refried beans are the stuff of dreams.

My only downsides with this restaurant would be that the glasses are a bit small so you run out of your drink a bit quick and sometimes service can be slow. However you can always flag someone down as there is staff rushing by everywhere and the food is really quick, so unless you're particularly picky it isn't a big deal- this is a Mexican restaurant still, not a fancy steakhouse. Also the hostesses can be a bit..lackluster or seem rather annoyed. I've probably be desensitized to that but whomever wrote that other review about the hostess wasn't lying - they often seem annoyed.

I really recommend a stop in here. I've found it great when coming in on a flight during rush hour to FTL to jump on 595 and eat while the traffic is bad. It's convenient, quick, delicious, and an overall enjoyable experience. Honestly eating here after flights has made me stop hate flying so much.

Cannot say enough good...

Rating is based soley on customer service as the food is super delicious! Everything taste great & authentic. The ground beef is perfectly seasoned and the tortillas fresh. All appetizers are family style and full of flavor. However the service is sour. Don't bothering letting the hostess know about a bad waitress either or you will get an eye roll, hugh sigh, and a yeah okay. We had to wait over 25 min just to get the check after asking for it from our waitresses, hostess, and 2 bussers. I even tried to ask as she gave the check to a table that came well after us but she kept walking. Suoer Rude! Ridicilious! We could not even get a to-go box without walking to the bar. 😡The hostess let us know we were bothering her and said that everyone is just really busy as she walked off. I contemplated just walking out because then at least i knew i would be able to get their attention and get a bill. Lol I did not I stuck it out and as I usually tip well....thus time my tip reflected the quality of service i recieved. Safe to say after eating out here every few weeks, I will NOT be back nor will I recommend this amazing food to anyone. Horrible service can really leave a bad taste in your mouth. Such a shame as the food really is great. Oh well on...
