I usually don't like writing negative reviews about places unless they really deserve it. I also don't like leaving one stars for places unless they really deserve it. Guess what this place really really deserves it. I went through the drive-thru ordered my Taco Bell food and paid in cash and received dollar bills back and no coins and wasn't even asked if I wanted to exclude the pennies that were involved in my change. The gentleman who I did the transaction with look like he was dressed in a long-sleeve shirt which is usually a sign of a manager or assistant manager was talking on a cell phone the whole time. I like to assume it was business matters but still come on. When I got home I had ordered beefy Frito burritos and there were no Fritos included in the burrito. On a previous visit late at night I went and ordered cheesy bean and rice burritos went home to eat it and when I opened it up there was no pinto beans. Instead, because it's a KFC Taco Bell combo store, they had put black beans and rice. Thank goodness I like black beans and rice but not in a burrito I was starving so I ate it anyway it was not good. I was not told that they would substitute this in my burrito or given an option to get something else I was just given this as a substitute instead. I have never in all my visits been asked one time if I wanted sauce. I'm just given a bag and a look to be on my way. I've had to ask for taco sauce each time. To me it's obvious this location starting with the ownership, franchise owner, GM, whatever it is just doesn't care. Everyone seems to just be collecting a paycheck and that's about it. The only reason I come to this location is for convenience and I love Taco Bell. All other taco bells are way out of the way for my route. In my opinion one of the poorest run Taco Bell's...
Read moreI am so sorry to do this, but I've had a long day and this does not feel good to be spoken to or treated as if I'm incompetent and such an inconvenience.
I was on my home from working both jobs for the day, getting taco bell drive thru. In the middle of my order, a new drive thru cashier abruptly and coldly asked for my order.
I needed help with getting a burrito with cheese, rice, beans, and beef for a friend. He didn't know the exact name so we just mentioned the ingredients (a burrito with beef, cheese, rice, and beans), asking for which burrito that was.
The cashier rudely cut me off, giving me ultimatums that didn't include what I was asking for, as if to hold me accountable for not knowing the exact name. Then, after making me feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and chastised, she told me she can make anything we want, but there's an extra charge. It was all in her tone, however, completely unhospitable, like with pride too, as if she's not gonna put up with my 'incompetence,' as if I need to 'get it together.'
It was just SO distasteful and completely rude. I didn't even complete my order and drove away.
I definitely understand that it's not convenient when the customer doesn't know exactly what they want; however I wasn't being obnoxious or disrespectful in anyway. I was asking for help and got scolded instead.
I just wish I can drive home after working hard and offering customer service to others and then also receive the same. That...
Read moreI went to this Taco Bell for Cinco De Mayo because Taco Craft had a 2 hour wait BIG MISTAKE. The Chicken quesadilla was cold and the chalupa must’ve had spoiled ingredients in it because the taste was so horrible, I spit it right out. My food was wrapped so loosely that the chalupa was sitting in the bag. I turned around immediately and returned the food ASAP. I told the manager to fix himself a chalupa to see what he is serving people, he disregarded my advice and continued to serve the cars behind me. Everyone that night must’ve gotten spoiled food cause they were only serving Taco Bell. I came to this location before and usually the food is ok...not the best KFC or Taco Bell in the area. Customer service is a 2 out of 5 because they have personal conversations while handling guests and instead of “Hi, welcome to Taco Bell/KFC” you get “go ahead with your order”...
