Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Plantation

I never write bad reviews because I always think you should give a place a second chance but the both times we got pizza from this branch it was the worse pizza we ever had! If I could give less than one star I would! Usually we love Papa John's pizza but this branch is absolutely terrible and the customer service is awful! We ordered from this branch twice and both times the pizza came undercooked! The first time we ordered, believe it or not we were missing slices from our pizza! We just could not believe it! they also put the wrong toppings! Because we called and complained we got a large free pizza for another time. Thinking it may just have been a one time thing, a month later we ordered again to use the voucher and this time we actually had to cut the pizza ourselves because of how undercooked it was! The pizza was made half and half one half had the majority of the toppings the other half barely had any toppings, spots on the pizza didn’t have any toppings at all the dough got inflated and that’s how they sent it to me very disappointed……

Today 07-11-21 again I try and order a pizza the offer me the extra large and I took it for $2 more well the size of the toppings was for a medium and I called the store asked to speak to the manager the manager Matt asked every body in the store to answer the phone but him and when I got to talk to him he was very rude unprofessional and dismissed he told he didn’t care and that if I made a complaint with the corporation that it was fine he also provided the name of the general manager Jess when asked when is she going to be there tomorrow he said “I DONT KNOW” really this is so that you guys can see the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism at...

Unfortunately, I have to give one star to this place. I recently moved to Plantation (Beginning of July) for work and school and my apartment administration handed me a flyer that said "FIRST PIZZA FREE AT THIS PAPA JOHN'S". The letter was drafted by the Store Manager. When I drove there and presented the flyer, the team member said that they were not accepting those anymore because, apparently, other customers were making copies of these flyers and presenting them to get free pizza. I understand you run a business, but it is not my fault if you didn't think of issues such as these. You should honor your own coupons/deals/promotions. I honestly believe that this flyer is just a way to get the customer in the door and then charge them for the pizza.
