Wendy's — Restaurant in Plantation

Upon walking in, I noticed the sandwich woman which was a slender older woman with glasses, cleaning her station. I was there to pick up a DoorDash order, but I got a little hungry so as I’m watching her wipe down her station with a white rag and gloves, someone is , now ordering this woman does not even change her gloves. How do we know how clean that was and also how do you know what chemicals are involved in this process digested.

I ordered the person at the time you must’ve been and she was young but she was doing her best so I’m not going to get on her.

However, I asked her to only have mayo and extra pickles, on my sandwich and I watched women not only use the same gloves to clean but then she put 2 to 3 pickles on the sandwich so at first I wasn’t really upset but then during the whole time she was making my sandwich she literally sat there and was mumbling a whole lot of stuff under her breath in Creole, which she didn’t know I speak in, I heard her say something about paying for it but so I asked the front counter to ask for a little black cup of pickles, which I normally do on basis every time I worked there and eaten ther

I have worked for Wendy’s for almost 5 years so I know that there are certain things customers can’t request, but there are certain things Customer can request. so the front counter gives me my bag with the food in it and then I say where is the cup of pickles and the girl says that the sandwich maker says that it is a charge for extra pickles?!!!!!! Never in my life have I ever heard such a thing because I’ve worked there and pickles are absolutely free because it is not an essential food item and I said, how is it her on charging me for pickles of all things so I said, where is the manager because I started to get upset So once the manager comes up, I speak creole to her and say all I’m asking for is pickles and I know you guys cannot charge me for pickles because it’s not cheese sauce or anything like that and she politely says yes, give it to her the sandwich maker proceeds to go back-and-forth with her and me about pickles as guardian of pickles or something and saying that how come, she doesn’t have to get charged for the extra pickles and I was so shocked that a sandwich maker can go back and forth with a manager on whether or not to get something a free item, but tell them to charge them The sandwich maker, then decides to be petty and actually put two pickles inside of the cup for a lil it overall I’m enough to submit a review

TERRIBLE service . I currently just left this location with my husband . We had to come back because they took our order incorrectly and made a small mistake which could have simply been fixed with no problem at all. However , the fact that we came back seemed to have upset the employees , although it was their mess up. A simple ... slice of bacon in which they forgot to press EXTRA on the screen and place on our order , and a sandwich with no mayo was given to us with extra mayo. We kindly ask if we can have our order fixed . The manager - (who claims her name is Brittney, once my husband has had enough of her attitude, not only do we find out her name is really Connie because she is known for her attitude and bad customer service ) comes to us and says she will fix the order but she now needs to charge us for the extra bacon because they didn’t before, and asks for the food back to fix it . Our receipt is in the bag, we hand it to her so now I’m unable to get a cashier name or survey address, store number , etc. we asked as a courtesy if she can please just add the bacon since they messed up our sandwich . I don’t care that she said no. I care of the simple fact of how she told us no and how she does things at her store and how that’s how she told them to fix it and that’s that. So not only was she ridiculously rude ... she then easily refunds the money . Only handing us 5$ and change when our order was 9 and change . Says she wants the drink back as well with the bag of food we already handed over . Absolutely not I already started drinking it. She then says then she is going to charge for the large drink then . Just completely rude and for this location to have someone with an attitude like that represent them...

If I could give this place a zero I would. I just had to call my bank to get a refund from them because they refused to refund me for my meal. To begin with I got a $5 biggie bag with a crispy chicken plain, with no cheese or bacon. When I got my food it had cheese and bacon so I asked one of the employees if they could remake it as I didn't want the cheese or bacon. The worker gave me a face and said I could just scrap it off, I told her the cheese melted onto the chicken I would just prefer it to be remade as I don't like the taste of the cheese. She then went to another worker who said she would not remake it as it was a plain sandwich. I asked them how could it be plain if it still has cheese and bacon and was told thats what plain is and they would not be remaking the sandwich. By now I was frustrated so I wanted my money back, I gave back the bag which wa supposed to have the 4 piece chicken fries and another orde of fries. I asked for a refund and was again told no and they handed me back the food and just ignored me and walked away from the front of the store. This whole situation was completely ridiculous and it was until I was calling my bank about the whole ordeal was when I realized they never gave me the extra order of fries or the 4 piece chicken nuggets.
