Hostess greeted us with a smile and sat us, we asked her for a high chair and never got it, server came up never introduced herself so can't tell you what her name was older lady dyes her a reddish brown color kind of short, asked her for a high chair she in a rude manner said "you're going to have to give me a minute" understandable I have been a server before, she took out drink order, we both got a coffee and water, coffee came, water never did, again, been a server before so understandable again, we were in a corner booth, the booth next to us gets sat and the same server as us walks up to that table with the BIGGEST smile "oh my goodness hey how are you doing" she takes their order (we had done had our order in about 10 minutes at this point), but tell me why not even 5 minutes later that same exact table gets their food?!? Then a complete different server comes out and brings us our food, so I ask her if our server has an issue with us she says there's big parties in the back AGAIN understanding this I chill out, but when our server FINALLY makes her rounds to check on her tables she just looks at ours with the shittiest look then guess what she does? SHE STOPS AT THE NEXT TABLE AND ASKS THEM HOW EVERYTHING IS!!! She's having a conversation with them I wait til it's nearing bc I just know if I wait she will walk off and act like she didn't hear me, so I say maam not once but TWICE!!! She turns with the shittiest look and the nastiest " YEAH". This was my little family's first time here trying something new and this is the treatment? Ambiance and environment for my family was HORRIBLE!! And sadly can't tell you our waitresses name bc she never once introduced herself. We got up and left, tried to pay before leaving but she said "don't worry about...
Read moreWonderful family place for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. It's a great place for groups as well (appreciated if call ahead for big groups so they can properly prepare). On weekends they get pretty busy so if you go early you may hit quite a bit of traffic coming in, but it doesn't take long to be seated at all. Sundays and game days its very busy, but the wait still isn't long. You also get a lot of food for the price so make sure your hungry before coming in. I have a lot of favorites. Some of the delicious dishes I've hard are the pork tenderloin dinner, country fried steak dinner, moms meatloaf, BLT (loaded with delicious crunchy bacon), French toast and more. I've never had a bad dish here. Oh, also they have homemade pies. Depends on what they set out, but they have a variety. If you find a pie you really like you csn also order a whole pie to take home. Weve taken home a couple of custard pies and the caramel pecan cheesecake is Fluffy, light, sweet and so delicious. Definitely recommend stopping here...
Read moreSo we just ate at this restaurant the waitress was the best we have had anywhere in a long time! However, this cook needs improvement this cook does not know what a medium rare steak is as my steak was very unevenly cooked and mostly well done. I am also very displeased with the way the manager of this place barked at our server openly for being social. That was unprofessional and uncalled for. Your waiters make their money by being social with their customers she had not even been at the table for more than two minutes. All the manager cared about was drilling our waitress about every little thing right in front of us instead of checking on the paying customers to see how their food was. On a final note manager you are at work and you should stay off your cell phone at the counter especially in a management/ownership position. I hope you start appreciating your company waiters as they all were working very hard to keep your establishment running and your customers happy. Appreciate your hard working staff as hard workers is hard to...
