Crumbl — Restaurant in Pleasant Grove

My daughter and I love getting Crumbl every so often as a treat. We never tried this location before but will definitely only be coming here from now on. Hunter helped us today, and was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such excellent customer service. I don’t think Hunter realizes how that kindness towards my kiddo and me made our day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone. Worst customer service ever. I ordered online for curbside. Pulled up. Sent that we were there. Waited and waited and waited about 20 minutes. Girl came out without cookies walked back inside. Went inside and stood there for another 20 minutes before I was even greeted and then it took another 20 minutes to get the cookies out. No urgency, no service. Their hours as listed online are not accurate. Came from Lehi to Timp location because Lehi hours said they were closed at 8, and this location’s hours were listed as closing at 10. Pulled up to the drive through to find that it was closed. Waste of time, inaccurate information on website and online, and really disappointing. I guess the message is we shouldn’t trust what information they have...
