Had to shout out one of the workers named Sienna (hope I spelled your name correctly). Wife and I lost our card but wife REALLY wanted a hot chocolate. We live an hour and a half south of this Dutch Bros. It’s our regular spot since my parents live in PG. But we lost our debt card and froze our account for the time being. Which meant no Apple Pay or anything 😭. So I had to scrounge up all the random change in my car for drinks. We were desperate for our Dutch Bros fix lol. Anyway, we clearly weren’t going to have enough for two drinks, even if I got the cheapest drink for myself. But I wasn’t going to deny my wife her craving! Happy wife happy life (seriously men, lol. Pays off sometimes to take one for the team 😉). I had mentioned this as I was explaining that I had pay in change for her drink. Felt like that chicken farmer in Napoleon Dynamite (“Forgot my check book, hope you don’t mind if I pay you in change.” LOL 🤣). Anyway, she said, “I know how that goes. Been there! What do you want? On the house.” To which I said it’s okay, but thank you. I can get a fountain at the gas station. Course, she wouldn’t take no for an answer so finally I caved and said I’ll take Holly Jolly. That’s a long story to say thank you. We had just broke some hard news to our family and needed a pick me up for the long drive home. I was willing to forgo a drink for myself but Sienna took care of us. Your small bit of kindness really meant a lot to me, Us. Time and time again, this Dutch Bros staff go above and beyond. They get my order right every time and if they don’t fix it. They offer my dogs a puppy-chino every time. And even the ones I’ve seen multiple times ask about my twins, my dogs, how the drive from Delta was and so on. I even got in a wreck when in line for a drink (someone backed up into me). And they were so helpful. That’s what you call customer care. So this is an overdue thank you and shout out. From myself, wife, Odin and Freya (my dogs). All the PG-DB staff are AWESOME!!!...
Read moreNot going to lie I went through this Dutch brothers about a month ago, feeling extremely depressed and suicidal. I think it was probably the lowest point I’ve ever been in my life. I had been crying the last two days fighting intrusive thoughts and was getting really worried that I might do something stupid. I got out of the house to try and get some fresh air and decided I would go through and grab a coffee to see if that would help elevate my mood. There was a young gentleman that tried to converse with me, and I think upon realizing that I was not in a good mental state, he really tried his best to uplift me. I was annoyed at first exclaiming I don’t want to talk right now, yet he began asking me what I was looking forward to in the coming week when I said, “nothing,” he asked about the following week and if I was excited about anything in my future that made me happy. To which I said “No, nothing,” which as a mother - broke my heart a little bit more realizing I didn’t have anything to look forward to because I should look forward to my children’s accomplishments and life events. It was really at this point I realize that I needed to find something to be happy about, to be grateful for, to be excited about. I began to appreciated the effort he was putting into trying to uplift my mental state, because in reality sometimes when you are so low, you need someone to come forward and give you a different perspective to look at things from. I am so thankful and grateful for the gentleman that helped me. I really don’t know if I would be here still or if my kids would have their mom today. No was a regular at Dutch brothers coffee‘s everywhere I go, I have come to realize that Dutch brothers is an amazing company that seems to have a company mission of really following through with their company motto that we’ll get through this together they are an amazing company, and will forever have...
Read moreThere is something off at this Dutch brothers. You never know how long you’re gonna be in line. There could be 20 people ahead of you and it could take 10 minutes or there could be three people ahead of you and it can take 20. I can never come here unless I don’t have somewhere to be after. The walk up line is completely ignored. You can park across the street and walk to the walk up window but they will still make you wait 20 minutes for a drink with no respect for the fact that you probably walked up in a snowstorm because you are in a hurry. They also have a habit of making drinks and giving them to people in line behind you even though you ordered first. Management needs to change things at this location to be more efficient during peak times and to help employees understand that even if the line is short those people are probably trying to get somewhere as well. And be more deferential to the walk up line. We were so excited to see that coming to Pleasant Grove as we have experienced it out of the state many times but this location is underwhelming. I don’t need the person at the window to chitchat while my drink is being made. Go make drinks! I don’t need a friend; I need my coffee with a simple smile. You can go to Sandy or Provo and have a much better experience. So it can’t be the business model it’s just this location. Please fix it because at this point I am afraid to even get...
