I want to start by saying the staff at this shop were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the variety was seriously impressive. You can tell a lot of care goes into the creativity and presentation of their offerings, and it’s clear they’re passionate about what they do.

That said, I did have an unfortunate experience with one of the donuts I ordered. Upon picking it up, I initially thought it may have been dropped on the ground based on how it looked. Upon closer inspection, it seemed like there were tiny dark metallic-looking shards embedded under the glaze—possibly from the tongs or some other kitchen equipment. The metal is such a precise line that I really have to believe it came from tongs or something. This was concerning enough that I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. I’m annoyed I broke off a piece in the car while driving and didn’t notice until I got home and picked it up.

I’m hoping this was just a one-off issue, and I’d still be willing to come back and give it another try because everything else about the visit was positive. I’d just encourage the team to double-check for any potential contamination like this...

My family and I went to get some beignets and pretzel bites at noon today. We pulled into the drive through and there were 6-8 cars in front of us. Not thinking it would take long we got in line but found ourselves waiting for 45 min. We pulled up to the window for the cashier to tell us they were out of pretzel bites and beignets because of catering orders earlier that morning. My son started crying in the backseat because we had been waiting for so long and he had been looking forward to it. Being that it’s one of their most popular items, I would think they would have a sign out to warn people, or warn them while they’re in line and have people pull forward after ordering to allow others to pass by who don’t want to be in line anymore, or have someone take orders from the parking lot. We were also frustrated it took that long in the first place considering they were sold out of their items that seem the most time consuming. Cashier didn’t offer to give us a voucher or anything. Just a waste of an hour with screaming kids in the car. Very frustrating. Poor customer service and drive...

Had the best night at the thirst grand opening! The staff was so kind and friendly, and their where tons of activities. We provided the mobile mini golf and it was so fun to see so many people have fun and enjoy it (Par Tee Pro Events). There was also a bounce house, face painting and a DJ. The ballon arch was sweet. Their drinks and treats never disappoint. I love the beignets and the pretzel bites. The scotcharoo’s are amazing along with the sugar cookies they were handing out samples all night. They also have free popcorn and end every order with have a happy day. It’s my favorite soda shop in all of utah and i’m so glad they are down in utah county now ( super excited for the saratoga springs/lehi location to open later this year). They also have the coolest interior at this storefront, their is plenty of seating and photos opportunities. Overall it was a great event and it was amazing to see how Ethan and his teams hard work has payed off. Also so amazing to see the...

We tried Thirst in PG for the first time today. The bad... it's pricier than Swig. For $17 & change we got 2 32oz basic sodas with no add ins, a 3 pack of Beignets, and a rice Krispy type treat. The Beignets were complete dough inside, way undercooked & inedible so that was $6.59 down the drain. The good... The choc/rice krispy treat was good, It had a bigger snack menu then Swig & felt more elevated. I normally don't write reviews but in this economy I felt I should warn people NOT to buy the beignets. Just doing the Lord's work over here helping you save your money. 😉
