edited I made my first review after my second visit. I wanted to follow up because I neither of you during my visit and wanted to update some things.

I went in for a pedicure and manicure and pedicure was awesome. That’s what made me leave my last review.

I then went over to get my manicure and the technician must’ve been very very new, because I didn’t leave until three hours after I got there. The first time I went, the technician put acrylic under my gel which seemed kind of odd but I figured it was just a new technique. This time, the technician went to do the gel manicure and didn’t takeoff the acrylic. she struggled and struggled and struggled for literally hours and eventually had to call another technician to come over and fix her mistakes. six nails needed to be redone completely.

They clipped my hands and made me bleed in four different places. Very very minor but a little bit painful and kind of surprising. I think she must’ve been very nervous.

After it was finally all over they gave me my manicure for free which was really good business of them.

After all is said and done, I think I’m gonna go back to my other nail technician that I’ve been going to for years, even though it’s a little further away from home. I’ve never had any problems at any other place. Maybe I’ll give them a try again in a few months. I really like the atmosphere but the time taken to do my nails is not worth the time saved in travel.

Usually I love this place but today I had a bad experience. I walked in knowing what I wanted but was told I couldn’t get that because it would either look stupid or it it was done with a stamp. They brought me stickers that did not match the design I wanted. I picked a different super easy design (or so I thought) and he started on my nails. During shaping I brought up a small adjustment I wanted and was snickered at like I was annoying. The shade was perfect but after he had painted them he left for 10 minutes looking for stickers. I did not want stickers. He brought back a basket and told me to pick. I found stickers that would have been perfect for the first set I wanted (had I been given the option to look, we could have avoided this whole thing in the beginning) I asked if he could Just paint it and he told me no. So I picked the closest to the design and some options. Most of the nails are good, but the thumbs are just out of place. They don’t match. My pointer finger has a Line down it from the sticker. I can still see purple spots for my last set, where it wasn’t removed all the way, my thumb has black under it that I can’t get out. Some of the nails shapes are weird. I spoke up about my thumb but after I got laughed at and then sat for 10 minutes (I didn’t even know what he was doing, he didn’t say anything to me the whole time he was walking around) I just kept my mouth shut. This nail salon is the best nail salon I have been to in years,they are friendly have talented nail technicians,offer a free drink (bottled water/ coke products). I'm thrilled they are so close to my home and so so good, I took my grand daughter with me to get her a mani/ pedi and they were great with her, she loved being there getting pampered. The salon is clean smells great! Not like a "nail salon" usually smells, the decor is perfect, this is ABSOLUTELY my go to salon for sure! Thank you Loan who did my French tip gel nails, and the gentleman named Meo who did my grand daughter's nails. UPDATE. My best friend and I got pedicures done on 5/26, we had so much fun, my pedicure was done by Meo, he did a fantastic job he paid extra attention to me, he did above and beyond, spent extra time with every step making sure that I was happy at all times, he painted my toe nails beautifully, be also added a flower on my big toes and I have got so many comments about how pretty my toenails look. I'm definitely will never go anywhere else. They know how to make you feel welcome, everyone of the employees are friendly and very accommodating.
