I had a very careless interaction today at this location. This is shocking because myself and my coworkers order here weekly. I ordered ahead on the app. Once getting the notification that my order was ready I walked in and looked for it. It wasn’t there so I asked. There was some shuffling around and I was told that it wasn’t ready yet. I showed my app notification and the employee shrugged it off and walked away. I decided to wait a bit in store before checking again. It was busy, which I can understand. However, don’t notify me my order is ready and not have it ready. Or if it’s a mistake then at least acknowledge that. I waited 20 minutes and checked again. I was told that they “gave my sandwich away” and then I was baffled and replied: “okay, so..” and the employee said that they will add it to the line and make it again. There was no apology. Another 8 minutes later and my order was ready, I went up and got it. All this to find that the order was WRONG. It’s as if they intentionally didn’t do it right. It was gross and dry. At that point I walked out. This location has lost a regular customer because of this careless interaction. Typically I get an email post order asking for a review. Read moreI was ordering in the store for a to go order and the cashier asked me what I wanted and mid order she literally turned away from me to talk to a someone in the lobby. Then she turned back to me and asked me to repeat myself. There were probably around 10 employees running around everywhere. It was absolute chaos. Also no one called my order out when it was done. The pick up counter to grab my food was way the hell in the back. They need to take names or give you a number to call out your order. Very unorganized. I'm never walking in there ever again. Also. My place of business is literally 2 mins away from the Jimmy John's and when they deliver they always take close to 20 mins.
