It's a done deal. Go now. And you will thank me. This review is coming from a man who lived in Texas for a while, who is used to Southern hospitality food and cooking. The food was simple yet absolutely delicious. The gravy is very good. The chicken fried steak was very very tasty. I talked with the owner about the food directly. Not too much going on. No overwhelming flavors or ingredients. Just a wholesome, natural and freshly hand prepared meal. Just the right amount of what your body needs and wants. I came off of a 7 hour train ride followed by instantly over sleeping for over 10 hours, and I found myself being absolutely starving. I got the three pack massive mini sliders. Original. I ate one just now and wanted to stop and leave a review. Raheem is the owner. He was there with his wife working late. Very kind hearted person with good vibes. I was not in a very social mood and wanted to get home fast and eat my food but I decided to stop and talk to him for a minute because of his good energy, we talked a little bit about southern cooking and food in Texas and Oklahoma. He was very kind and happy and I shared a vacation destination recommendation for him and his wife to go enjoy. They put my food in the warmer while we conversated together for a few minutes. Thank you for bringing good food to our little town of PG. I hope you and your wife go and enjoy Glenwood Springs on the California Zephyr train like we discussed. Great place to impress your foodie friends (and others) with something new! Loved it. Perfect mix of flavors. Very friendly, greeted quickly, didn’t actually see the pizza guys, if they were there. Got two slider “mash downs”, which are a Hawaiian slider (true small slider size), a VERY long chicken fried steak, and a garlic potato patty, lightly fried - not hash browns, which surprised me, but it actually worked super well. Folded my steak into three layers and dipped into gravy. Flavor mix on point, filling and hearty. Did not taste greasy. They also threw in a mini sweet potato “pie” - this kind of seems like a donut bite to me, super tasty. They really hit on some great flavor and texture combinations here! Great chicken fried steak "sliders" (yes the buns are small but the piece of meat is a lot bigger than the bun) I'm a big guy and two of these filled me up. We tried all three sandwich options, the basic one with lettuce/tomato and the two with the fried mashed potatoes or fried mac and cheese.

Yes that's right I said fried mashed potatoes, this is really a great thing they done done. Very tasty.

They are a sublet-restaurant inside a pizza place, really a neat setup. The woman helping us was very nice and helped us understand the menu as it was our first time here.
